The hotel my company normally books was full the night I needed so I ended up here. Despite the not so glamorous exterior, reception was satisfactory. The corridors coming out of the lift were many, but I found my room easy enough. I surprised how spacious the room was, spartan but spacious. Huge bed. Nice cupboard with safe and a very decent bathroom. Good toiletries and surprising to see a razor and shaving cream on offer. So often you see all the cosmetic stuff for women, but I think this is the first time I've seen this offered in a hotel. Along with a toothbrush and paste too! The bed was firm and the long pillows fine, but I did find the sheets a bit rough, I ended up needing to use my PJs. I did manage to get a good nights sleep after that. The TV has a wide range of channels in multiple languages but if I recall correctly just one English speaking one. Breakfast revealed why they provided shaving equipment. I think there were only two or three women there. The rest were men, so very much a business hotel. At least it was on the day I was there. The food selection was good. My only comment was that it wasn't replenished fast enough. Often I went up and there was no fruit, churos or eggs left. Check out was efficient, save for a comical misunderstanding if the room had been prepaid or not. It wasn't and that what I was expecting, it was just something lost in translation that came across as it was prepaid. All sorted out with no fuss. I'd happily stay there again on my next visit.

This place is a gem. It’s a bit unassuming from the outside, but it’s a really nice and modern hotel. I had a single room double bed, which was the equivalent of an America King. The room also has a nice balcony attached to it. The bathroom was spacious with all the required amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The room also cane with the breakfast buffet which was very filling and surprisingly with good ambience. I would recommend this place to anyone flying through Madrid and looking for a comfortable and quiet stay.

We chose this hotel based on its location (16 km) from Madrid airport and good rating on Trip Advisor and we are glad we stayed there. The parking in front of hotel has narrow park spaces but we parked in the garage underground, and it was free. The room is not big, but well decorated, quiet and clean. We opted to have breakfast and it was one of the best we had in Spain, with a good variety, fresh fruits and hot plates. If one day we will return to Madrid, we will be back there.

We stayed for 4 nights as our son was over for a soccer tournament - I booked direct with the hotel and emailed them twice before our stay to ask for a front balcony room and got no reply - when we arrived we got a room at the side with a small balcony - it didn’t matter in the end but a reply to my email would of been nice! The breakfast is ok not that much variety - staff very friendly and the shuttle bus was a great asset to the hotel - not much around the local area even finding a nice restaurant was a struggle - overall the hotel is nice enough for a short stay

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days with 3 of my cousins. We are extremely picky with our hotels but this hotel ticked every box. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures, which we were pleasantly surprised with as our past experiences with hotels haven't been great and they did not look like the pictures that were shown online. The rooms and bathroom are extremely spacious, clean and tidy. The WiFi connection is amazing and works 100% and also there is a strong connection regardless of which room we were in as we had booked 2 double bedrooms. The breakfast was buffet style, which was nice as it gave us many options. We especially loved the scrambled eggs and the coffee machine! I would say the hotel is a bit far from the actual City Centre as it took us a while to get there but we didnt mind it too much. I just want to say thank you to each individual staff for making us feel comfortable and for being so helpful and friendly, this is including the reception staff, kitchen staff, cleaners & drivers. But I would like to say a massive thank you to Colin from reception for being extra helpful and friendly. We really appreciated him trying to help us by giving us various different options of things to do in Madrid and where to go. I would definitely reccomend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again when we visit Madrid again!
