The night curtains were not even installed. They were left at the table. Toilet is run down. Mould around the bathtub. Shower water flow is weak. They are very short handed at the breakfast area. The walls were very hollow such that you could hear the neighbouring unit loudly.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk from la Moraleja metro station and therefore an ideal base for travelling into the city centre. The location is quiet with a park behind the hotel for walking and relaxing. The nearby metro station is on line 10 which is good for getting to the city centre by changing to line 1 at the “Tribunal’” station. Using the metro is really easy and staff are very friendly and speak English. The hotel is also conveniently close to the motorway north of the city for travel to San Lorenzo de Escorial with its royal palace and Valle de los Caidos for its historic monument

Visited for two days. The grounds of the hotel are quite dated but the rooms are adequate with good beds and mini bar. Hotel has a very small lobby with a very small bar. There is a room for a restaurant on the bottom floor but, it doesn't always have service and I think needs to be scheduled. Breakfast was good. There are some shops and a small park nearby.

A great experience right from the go. A warm welcome, friendly receptionists, an excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms. Walking distance from the town center as well as the business area on the other side, and a beautiful park behind the hotel. Worth it if you need to be in the area.

Not the closest to the city centre but nice on the inside. Wide assortment of breakfast options that were so delicious!! Staff were very friendly and helpful especially with calling cabs and giving information
