Advertising goes out of its way to show hotel is clean and safe. It is a shame that people walking into the reception and bar area were not told to wear a mask. Only one person on duty on a lot of occasions which meant quite a wait when trying to order in the bar when someone was checking in. Service in the bar could have been friendlier.
Stayed here overnight before catching an early flight from the Madrid airport. For my purposes, this was a poor option. Cab fare to-from the airport is 20-25 euros. There are no public transport options. I rate the location as 1. Location is in the center of a commercial area, with no street life, no restaurant options within walking distance. Only lunch/dinner option is the hotel, and they have no kitchen. What they do offer is frozen meals reheated to order. I had a pizza, which I would rate as 2. Room was up to Ibis standards. I rate it a 4. For a business person needing a place to stay before a morning appointment (and not planning to eat), this would be a decent choice. Not for an air traveler.
This hotel is very convenient if you visit the Alcobendas area for business trip, since you can walk in 5 minutes to the nearby factories and offices. The breakfast offers Spanish ham, cheese, jams, pies, cakes, tea, fresh fruit. The staff is very kind. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable.
excellent quality food plenty, staff very helpful made me something to eat when we came in late from the football very helpful all the staff we dealt with room superb quiet friendly atmosphere could not recommend Alcobendas enough for people
Stayed here on business for three nights. Positives: comfortable bed, clean room, good work space, pretty good wi-fi throughout the hotel, friendly staff, good selection of snacks and drinks at reception. Negatives: Middle of nowhere, bar very quiet and a bit sterile, breakfast poor, coffee really awful.
