I took my fiancé here for a surprise Valentine's Day getaway. The weather that day was dreary; a rainy cold front had just blown through and it was cloudy and cold. I was thinking, oh great, this pretty place that's all about gorgeous sunset views is going to be disappointing . . . . . yeah, well. . . ....

My boyfriend & I spent the weekend at Tres Lunas Resort. We were looking for something quiet & relaxing & boy did we find it! Spectacular hill country views from the pool/hot tub where we spent a lot of time. Breakfast both mornings was delicious. We stayed in the Zen Suite 2 with a king bed & walk in shower....

We had a fantastic time staying in the Casita with our friends and our 2 dogs. It's quiet and relaxing, with the most stunning views at sunset over the hill country. The owners were so nice and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The food was fantastic!! Make sure you BYOB and get ready for a weekend away...

We stayed here for Father's Day and enjoyed this property. My husband loves the hill country and Tres Luna is the ultimate spot to experience the breathtaking scenery. The owners were attentive when needed at this small resort. As the only guests, we were treated to privacy, relaxation and a swim in the beautiful infinity pool! The breakfast that is...

Stayed here for Valentine's Day- my husband was looking for a quiet place to recharge and unplug from a stressful time at work. Tres Lunas Resort absolutely fit the bill- you felt like you were out in the middle of nowhere but Fredericksburg or Mason were a quick 20-30 minute drive away. Stunning Hill Country views out by the pool,...

This place is beautiful and the owners are very nice. The breakfast was delicious on both days and the prix fixe dinner we had was also wonderful. I would recommend this for couples looking for a secluded getaway. We stayed in the casita, which has three rooms and a full kitchen. The hot tub was great to relax in. I...

A great place to relax and rejuvenate. We were there just after Labour weekend during the week so it was extra quiet. Craig and Carol were great and the breakfast was awesome. I wish we had booked in for dinner. It felt like our own little peace of paradise. We would definitely stay there again.

After the several mile dirt entrance road, which ultimately only adds to its charm, everything about this resort was wonderful. Two friends and I rented the 3-bedroom casita which lived up to the description of poshienda'. The views from our porch were breathtaking. The food was delicious. It was a great getaway and treat!

I saw a write-up in Southern Living Magazine and thought it would be fun. We chose May 11, my birthday, to give it a try. It was about 5 miles on off US Hwy 87 a dirt road to get there but this made the remoteness a real plus.No noise or light pollution. We stayed in Zen Suite #2. It...

Mary and I planned a week in the Texas Hill Country with seeing Texas Bluebonnets and other wildflowers in full bloom as a high priority, We also wanted a unique stay in a special environment. Well we got that and MUCH more at Tres Lunas Resort. We were delighted. The dirt road for several miles thru dense flowers and scenic...
