We went to The Big Bend to celebrate my 70th birthday and our 5th wedding anniversary. What a gem we found when we stayed 5 days at Eve’s Garden. Kate, Alaine, Noble and Bubbles the dog were so welcoming that we felt like we had known them forever. To start the day with a fresh, organic hot breakfast and visiting...

My wife and I recently stayed at Eve's for 3 nights in The Turquoise Room. This B&B is very unique because it has a very colorful adobe look that includes a garden, fish pond, outdoor area with fire pit and a star gazing patio on top of one of the rooms. We haven't seen that many stars in a long...

This place is an oasis in the west Texas desert. A truly wonderful place with beautiful gardens and people. Breakfast was wonderful and it was fun talking with the owners and other travelers. Highly recommended.

Kate and Alaine are delightful hostesses. They made sure that we had everything we needed. We were there two nights, and both breakfasts were superb! The blueberry pancakes with lemon curd were over-the-top wonderful. They provided wood for us to build a fire in the fire pit and blankets if we were chilly. Sitting by the fire under the beautiful...

We stayed at Eve's Garden for one night in mid November. We loved everything about it - the owners were super friendly, informative, and hospitable (after our long ride from Austin we were immediately greeted with an intro to the coffee/tea/keg room and greeted with a beer), the colors and decorations of the courtyard and our room were so charming...

The place is intriguing and the owner with her family help are amazing. Each room is unique in its own way. The greenhouse courtyard that is the entry to every room is just fabulous and gorgeous. Rooms are cozy and clean. The location for this town is great cause you are set off the main road enough the train gets...

Eve's is a mecca or sorts. Though its in the high West Texas desert, its an unlikely refuge on the literal edge of town. Once you're there you'll see its 'backyard' is basically the entire rest of the desert. The food is astounding...fresh, creative and healthy. The entire place is made of papercrete and looks like a colorful moroccan village...

This place is amazing!! There are a lot of different rooms and everything is uniquely decorated. There is a draft-beer system for every guest to enjoy and the a lot of really cool common areas. The rooms are equally perfect! Really clean and well put together. Breakfast was really good too. I would definitely recommend this unique place!

If you have a gypsy spirit this place is for you. Technicolor is the best way to describe the decor. The breakfast was outstanding, but wasn't served until 9, which is pretty late if you're driving in to Big Bend.
