We were forced to stay overnight in Lubbock due to weather. The lady at the front desk was nice, but the rest of the stay was horrible. Boogers on the nightstand, hair in the sheets, mold and mildew in the bathroom. I have five people in my family and the woman at the "complimentary" breakfast made a huge issue of...

Front desk, a little slow, was very concerned to make my stay a good experience. The room was larger than most and even had a sofa bed. Was a Holiday Inn before. The atrium was huge with great tropical foliage. Sausage patties, cream gravy, biscuits, and even omelets to order. Soon to have small fridges in each room. Will definitely...

Got into Lubbock late at night. This hotel is very very large. It has inside and out side doors for the rooms. It was a clean and simple hotel. Was happy with my stay we just used the room to sleep. Didn't check it out to much. Very clean and comfy bed. It is a older hotel and the bathroom...

It's an old holiday inn from the 60 s or 70s. Just barely keeping it up and running. It's a large place with a huge atrium. The parking is adequate it would take a major overhaul to update it and it's very needed. The breakfast you have to pay for. There's only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel...

This is an older hotel but very well run and the staff is amazing. The staff was very helpful and prompt with any request and always did it with a smile. Breakfast is great with real eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, oats, cereal, fruit salad, yogurt, Texas waffles, etc. And they serve breakfast on the weekends until 11:00 am which...

I had reserved a stay at the Red Roof Inn through Price Line. I was surprised the hotel is still operating!! I'll bash that in another review. The staff was very friendly although seemed very new and unsure of just about everything. The change from Holiday Inn to Clarion is recent. The standard room is as big as a suite...

We stayed at the Clarion on August 16, booked a room directly thru Clarion, non smoking king, prepay. We arrived, the owner of the hotel identified as Abraham Lincoln told me that there were no more non smoking rooms and becasue we booked it thru Trip Advisor, we would have to take it up with them. I asked Lincoln, if...

Stayed in an indoor room and it was clean and a decent size! I noticed someone rated the hotel as having see through curtains...there is an extra curtain you are supposed to pull in front of those. (Smart people) It wasn't loud, and the customer Service at the desk was excellent. Their breakfast is better than most ! I will...

What a joke. The pictures they show you on the website are misleading. You can see straight through the curtains they have on their "indoor" rooms. Which btw you are not guaranteed when you get here even though they make it seem like that is what you are getting. The rooms are filthy. It's noisy. It doesn't exactly promote safety....

This is not the Holiday Inn! It was bought out by the Clarion. It would of been nice if they had told us that. Was there for the Beth Moore convention on July 11 & 12 2014. Our room was clean enough until I saw a couple of bugs! Yuck and bathroom could have been cleaner. Toilet handed was broken...
