I don't know how I have missed this place in the past few years when I've gone to Lubbock. The Woodrow House is a beautiful place to stay right across the street from Texas Tech University. Everyone was so welcoming and kind; my room was great; the breakfast was outstanding; and there was a feeling of camaraderie among the guests...

From the moment of check in Dawn and David are very welcoming. They have an open home atmosphere and you begin to feel as if you are visiting friends. All who stay have an opportunity to meet other house guests and engage in interesting conversation over a puzzle table, sipping a beer from on tap in the backyard or around...

Woodrow House Review - Lubbock, TX We were welcomed warmly by Becky and the staff at Woodrow House. The place was easy to locate and parking was plentiful, with a large drive out front, and a gated lot out back. There is a pristine pool and hot tub outside behind the house. Tiny House enthusiasts should request to stay in...

Better than awesome. Stayed in the Train Caboose. This was fun. Dawn & David were perfect hosts. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of things to do on the property during your stay with them, lots of good stories and ideas of things to do in Lubbock Who knew, right. Definitely stay at the Woodrow House if you happen to be...

Our stay in the Caboose at the Woodrow House was so much fun for us! We enjoyed sitting up in the window seats chatting and it was so nice how there were snacks and beverages available for us. Recommend!

Linda and I stayed in the caboose behind the main house. It was a fun experience, almost like a preview of living in a tiny house. David and Dawn were very welcoming. Beer on tap and margaritas were available on the patio area near the swimming pool and hot tub. What a way to relax, with a beer in hand...

We spent last night in the caboose at Woodrow House. It was great fun! I love cabooses and have always wanted to stay in this one. I've driven by it for years, and we finally stayed there after attending a basketball game in Lubbock. We had everything we needed for a night away from home. When you first enter, there...

Our family stayed here over graduation weekend in December 2016 and we reserved 6 out of the 7 rooms in the main house. It was ideal for us and we truly enjoyed every bit of our stay. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious too!

Very well furnished (we chose the Victorian Room) from bed and wardrobe to bathrobes and chocolates. Not a speck of dust. Charming hosts, David and Dawn. Probably the best b&b experience for us yet. Can't wait to try the hot tub and enjoy the breakfast.

Across the street from Texas Tech University, the staff is professional and friendly, atmosphere is relaxed and like the home you wished you lived in, food is top quality and plentiful, many of the guests are regulars so us first-timers were instantly welcomed into the group and enjoyed cocktails with lots of laughter and advice on best restaurants, etc. We...
