The atmosphere of this hotel left something to be desired. It was dark when we arrived, but there was what looked like an abandoned car (old, with a flat tire) parked next to our room. The front desk woman, was not friendly and didn't let me know that there were no refunds for any reason until after she ran my...

This is a Hindu inn, so yes, thin sheets but excellent towels and strong shower, good amenities in the room. Good strong A/C for the Texas weather. WiFi is limited to "G" 54 but is steady and consistent. The TV stations are from Austin's TimeWarner so a vast range is available. The TV's have multiple HDMI connectors, too, for streaming...

The hotel has not kept up with the necessary upgrades that need to happen as rooms and buildings age. I'm not 100% feeling safe. There is not much to choose from in Lockhart. And the Best Western...

When my husband went into the office to try to switch rooms, I waited in the car with our two young children. I witnessed a large bolt of...

I don't write many reviews, although I felt this was necessary. Do not stay there. Also when walking into the rooms it smelled. They...
