Some bad service could be documented via video IF they had a camera during the encounter. Not always an option unless you go prepared for a bad experience and they keep up their rude behavior after the camera rolls. The rooms were very dated and...More
. I stayed at the DFW Airport Hotel on June 11 for one night with the park and fly package. The front desk clerk on that date assigned me to a room on the 3rd floor. There was a maintenance person painting the hallway just...More
This is not a good place to stay. General appearance is terrible, Lobby area is terrible and room/amenities were so so. The Hotel has absolutely nothing to offer besides a bed and a bath. No food; computers for guests were not working. Food is nearby...More
Looks like a place people stay long term instead of hotel. I did not feel safe at all. The place was dingy and smelled like mold. The room was damp and smelly. I decided not to stay and left, in the parking lot people were...More
Cheap. Not very clean, rude service. Works if you don't want to pay. Just needed. Cheap place for storing my stuff and recuperating but useless if you need comfort. Bathroom was stained, toiletries lacking, staff rude and really want to be somewhere else. Has indoor...More

We read all the reviews but the price was right. After landing we called for the shuttle, were told what post to stand at and the bus was there in less than 10 min. When we arrived (1 am) there were no suspicious cars or characters in the parking lot. Checked in was quick. Got to our room and the first thing we did was check the bed. Pulled the (clean) sheets back, checked the mattress and found nothing. No dead bugs in the bathroom either. Only obvious thing wrong was an iron shaped burn in the carpet. The room really needed an update as did the rest of the hotel. At 2 am we walked to the 24 hour Walmart about 10 min away. Nothing gave us any concern about our safety. Walked from Walmart to the Denny's across the highway. Friendly staff and food was good. Next morning shuttle bus was out front waiting. As I said in my original review, you get what you pay for. Yes, there are better hotels nearby but the prices were substantially more. For a short stay I had no problem with staying here.
