Great area of Texas. Nice grounds. Saw several deer the first day here. Immediately upon entry the condo smelled very bad. It was old dirty and drab. Stayed in number 37 on the end it would have been a nice location except.... I went to take my shoes off and there was a toenail on the floor. Disgusting !!!Mold in...

We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo (#37) over Labor Day weekend. Suffice to say that was a super busy weekend and the place was packed. However, after Monday morning, it was almost empty. The condo itself is as others have reported. Old, worn, out of date and our floors squeaked mercilessly. However, it was clean and nicely stocked....

I booked a week-long stay here through an RCI last-minute deal, so I received a fantastic rate on a 1BR. We were assigned a log cabin unit in a forest setting and walking distance from Lake Greenbriar and the bar and restaurant at the 19th hole. We brought our canoe along and spent a couple of days enjoying quiet, off-season...

An okay resort. No reception for phone even at the activity center. I feel that at the activity center there should be more free things to do not just old board games. Does need some updating and even more interaction from the employees it made me feel like noone wanted to be there working.

While the ranch was very peaceful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, it could use a little bit of a face lift and update. the condo we stayed in was one of the older ones they do have some newer ones that are more like log cabins. the ranch has recently been purchased by Holiday Inn and we were...

We had the most fun on this vacation. While this resort is a little older it is pretty well maintained. Everything in our room functioned properly. It is nicely located in between Dallas and Shreveport. We did a day trip to each place. Now the 2nd part of location...it is a pretty secluded location, so some conveniences are a little...

Resort was ok. Very far out! Lots to do for our kids. Rooms were not so fantastic, could defiantly use a facelift and deep cleaning. Nice to get away, pretty lake, a few easy trails. 1/2 of the games in the arcade were out of order, pool temp was extremely hot and the other pool was green. Paddle boats were...

We are currently staying in this resort and we enjoy it although I have to admit that there are some caveats. There is no internet in the condos except in the activity center and at the reception. And the speed is even too slow to do some online banking. Signal for mobile phones is also weak to not existing. If...

I haven't yet stayed at the resort since the take-over, but if the customer service (or lack of it) that I have received trying to book a reservation is a hint, it will be terrible. The reservations website has been down for 2 days, so I had to call in. I was on hold for 15 minutes before my call...
