This is our 2nd visit to Cotton Gin. We thoroughly enjoyed both experiences with the restored cabins and the modern amenities that come with the cabin. We have stayed in both the Guadaloupe and the Llano cabins. I have made recommendations to stay at your facilities to other friends and enjoy the surroundings. My only recommendation is some form of...

Great experience! Beautiful cottage, excellent amenities, delicious complimentary breakfast. Very close to all of the Fredericksburg attractions. Attached to a great steak and wine restaurant that served excellent food. Would highly recommend for any couples looking to get away for a weekend.

We stayed in the Llano cabin. It was very cozy and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfasts were amazing! We also ate at the Cabernet Grill one evening and it was very good. We snuggled by a fire one night in the chimenea. The only small issue we had was a smoke smell coming from the chimney because...

Charming grounds and cabins, plus very clean and spacious. Enjoyed an evening fire with S'more fixings and a delicious and hearty basket breakfast. Nice dinner meal onsite at the Cabernet Grill too. No driving required for a nice evening and overnight experience!

We had an awesome time. The Big House is huge and really well maintained. Check In & Check Out was super smooth. We enjoyed the fire and marshmallows outside. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and utensils for us to cook.

We've just returned from an all girls (8) weekend with cousins. Cotton Gin Village's 1 Big House is fantastic! The house is clean, equipped, spacious and exquisitely decorated to reflect the TX Hill Country. Everyone had plenty of rooms and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It is conveniently located behind the Cabernet Grill...but if you plan to...
