The room was small but neat and clean. Breakfasts were very good and on time. There is no staff on site except during the breakfast hours which make sit feel sort of isolated but ultimately not that big of a deal, I suppose. The Queen Ann was listed as being "near to downtown" and at about 6 blocks, I suppose...

This was our first experience staying at a Bed and Breakfast. We were the ONLY ones for our entire stay which was nice and creepy at the same time. The first morning we woke up and walked into the kitchen to see what was going on and a lady was in there waiting for us to wake up so she...

Went there with 2 other couples this past weekend. It's kind of a nice, old, well maintained house on the main street with a good location. What makes it different is that the owner does not live there and it is run/managed by a real estate management company where one checks in. We got the key code to the front...

1952 house. Very nice look outside and the general areas were well lit and greatly decorated for the holidays. There are 5 bedrooms in the house and my husband and I stayed at the Alyssa which was the smallest room. The room had King size bed, 2 chairs, a small armoire and a TV. Didn't need more than that. The...

Booked through an agency and was told there was a hot tub when I asked if the room had a jacuzzi tub. No hot tub--The suite only had a shower--the hot tub was in the back of the property, not in the room. Angled parking on the Main Street is scary and I actually tripped on the old warped deck...

We stayed in the Alyssa suite for three nights. The bed was very comfortable and the food and breakfast service were very good. We had a problem with our shower all three mornings. The hot water would not work so we had to take cold morning showers. The owner was out of town when I called her so I called...

This review is for the 2 1/2 hours Honeymoon Sweet (for two) massage service at Queen Anne's B&B and Spa. Stay away from this place. The massages are not done by professionals. There was a woman and a man. The woman had been working at Absolute Charm for a year or so. She was OK. But the man, it seemed...

I stayed at the Queen Anne B&B on my last trip (April 21-24, 2014) to Fredericksburg. I was thinking this would be a typical bed and breakfast with the owner present and active in the property. Nope! This is, I guess, part of a group of B&B's owned by the same person. The dining room is set up like a...

I must admit this was our first B&B since staying in one a few years back outside Florence, Italy and this was a complete disappointment. I was thinking, it would be a nice romantic weekend so we opted for a B&B. I travel extensively and comparatively, the Queen Anne is NOT a good value. I wish we had stayed at...

Traveled with friends and sayed a long weekend there. Breakfast were five star and the accommodations matched. The Aspen and Alyssa rooms are in the rear, so street noise is nonexistent. Could not have asked for a nice pre-Christmas mini-vacation.
