Dallas' Hyatt Regency Hotel - along with its famed Reunion Tower - was the first new development completed in an area of downtown christened "ReUnion" [sic] during the mid-'70s. 40 years later, it's hard to imagine Big D's skyline without those two structures! The hotel's staff and accommodations are precisely what one might expect of a Hyatt Regency property: clean,...

This is a 5 Star Hotel! Great staff in every area. Beautiful look all around. The inside elevators are a fun trip. Go up to 28th floor for a super view. The food buffets are horrible. The worst! Order off the menu in the bar.

Stayed at the HRD this past weekend. Hotel staff from valet, to check-in, to housekeeping, and the restaurants and check-out were all very friendly and professional. Room was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing that I was not overly impressed with were the buffets for dining. We did not dine from the menu, as we were...

Came here for 5 nights for an annual kickoff meeting, with over 900 of my global colleagues. Was an easy ride from airport - 20-25 mins(non-rush hour) and was conveniently located to great restaurants and bars(couple minute drive from the infamous Gilley's too)! Rooms were super comfortable and well appointed. Food was fantastic throughout the event, creative, fresh, delicious, and...

I stayed at this hotel for a convention. A really beautiful hotel with great rooms but they were not able to deal with a large amount of people. Food took 30 minutes to arrive and room service delivered prearranged food late. When I did get my food it was very delicious but money and food was wasted due to delivery...

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Reunion Tower 2 nights, for a convention. The room was excellent - very clean, the shower was roomy, the water pressure was perfect and the hot water was endless! We enjoyed our city view from a room on the 21st floor. Although we were able to hear the trains, they weren't so...

We missed our flight and had a layover at Dallas. We picked this hotel due to 4 star rating and proximity to airport. Their shuttle service was excellent and the guy dropped our bag near the door so that my kids didn't have to wait in the cold. The rooms are average and water doesn't drain down the bathroom easy....
