Arrived at beautiful hotel and great location in downtown Dallas. Problems with check in and took over 25 minutes at the front desk. At 5pm, Front desk did not have any record of my reservation even after I showed my email with confirmation detail sent from The Adolphus. We were told to wait in the lounge until double room was...

We wanted to stay in a hotel that would be convenient for our trip to the Texas State Fair but that wasn't big chain modern. The Adolphus was perfect for both. It is old and steeped in history but has all the modern conveniences. The location was within a couple of miles of the fairground and we had planned on...

Stayed at the Adolplus while attending the State Fair of Texas. Great location for the fair or downtown activities. Service was very friendly. The rooms have a little age, but were very clean and had tons of space, as well as a great bed. Of course the special part of our stay was the incredible lobby area which is beautiful....

Friendly staff , nothing is too much trouble- stunning lobby and huge rooms that are very comfortable. The hotel has an old world charm an exudes warmth. Location is excellent for sightseeing and Rodeo Bistro downstairs is great for a cheap tasty meal and good cocktails. Our first time in Dallas and couldn't have been better! Thanks Adolphus

We were expecting more based on several reviews we read on a variety of websites. The room was ok but the furniture not very comfortable. Our biggest complaint was with getting our room serviced. We had a full day of sightseeing and looking forward to a bit of relaxing in our room before we showered and went to dinner only...

The hotel staff, from Front Desk Supervisor to the bellman and valet, made every effort to personally assist me and provide for every need. The hotel is very elegant and relaxing. What a treat! And very reasonable rates are avaiable by booking in advance with travel service providers. My favorite hotel in Dallas!
