Prior to entering hotel, take a look at the entire building. Really Historic architecture. Staff greeted me immediately opening front doors. Desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Explored different floors. Pool area is really cool and they are finishing outside pool bar. Spa looked nice as well. Both on 7th floor. Our room was upgraded and was double the...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Did a staycation night with the wife. We stayed here years ago, but the newly renovated rooms are great. Modern and comfy. We had a king executive room. The living room space was cozy with comfy sectional. The new pool is beautiful and heated. Check in was flawless. We planned on just dropping off our luggage at 11:30am and coming...

My husband and I decided to stay in Dallas for a date night. I had a CE class in Dallas and he had business in the city on this particular Friday. We decided the Adolphus may be a charming place to a one night staycation. The hotel is really quaint almost "hauntingly haunted looking" I did enjoy the new renovation....

I had a reservation for a resident Inn in the Dallas area this past weekend and, when I went in to confirm my existing reservation, the the Adolphus suddenly popped up. It was closer to my needs for the weekend and the rate was good too. Now the fun starts.... Finding the hotel was a little difficult, no visible sign...

If you want to stay where a bunch of "debutants" and their friends understand inside voices about as well as a one year old, then by all means stay here. If , however, you want to spend top dollar and actually get some sleep, you better stay someplace else. I've called front desk twice to no avail. For the life...

Please accept our apologies for the incidents involving the other guests in nearby rooms and hallways. We go to great lengths to provide each and every guest with a restful, quiet sleep, but we clearly failed you on this front. We should have resolved this issue for you right away; your frustration is understandable. We would be grateful for the...

This trip started with my bags being lost from the car to the room. After two hours we got the bags delivered to the room. I asked to speak to the hotel manager but I never heard from him. I also didn't get a single apology after the bags were found. The first night after getting into the bed I...

think once they finish their renovations and get their act together it will be a pretty good hotel, but I can only review on their current state during my stay. Might have been a better move to close, then reopen once compete. There's lots of ladders, dirty work boxes and yellow taped off areas. The parts that are updated are...

The lobby is a time-warp given the buildings age, history. If you have any fear of elevators, this would be your freddy kreuger....they could make a great horror movie here. They are doing some renovations on guest room floors to either make it look more contemporary or bring it up to code (maybe both). It looked like they were also...

Diego was ON POINT. He made sure I was satisfied at check in and throughout my stay. There was also a new person who checked me in Tuesday afternoon. She was very personable too. And then there was Hannah the night before I checked out. She offered to fax some papers that hadn't yet showed up when they arrived. Very...
