I realize they are trying to re-brand and turn this place into something way cooler than it is, but it seems like it will still be quite a while before its done. When I booked I was under the impression that it was done. Imagine my disappointment when we rolled into a very very average RV park. There were a...

Called one of the river float outfitters nearby and asked for a nice cabin nearby. They highly recommended this place. We didn't get there until after 11. I was shocked. It is a dump. Said it sleeps 6. It is so gross old outdated and mildew smell. My daughter said it reminded her of the my name is earl show....

We needed a room for just one night which is virtually impossible in this area on the weekend. We stayed in a basic cabin with two queen beds that were extremely comfortable ice cold AC, nice bath room...nothing fancy but for the price well worth it. We enjoyed the pool and there are picnic tables and BBQ pits in front...

This place was a AWFUL!!! For over $250.00 per night we were greeted with a mildewed delapapadated smelly horrible cabin. Said it sleeps six. Ha!!! 2 full size beds with your great grandmothers sheets on them and a bed spread that had not been washed in years and a 1960's pull out couch held together with bungee cords not fit...

Room was clean and just enough for the 2 of us. Staff was friendly. Cabin was small but like I said just enough for me and husband. Enjoyed being close to everything. The only complaint I have is the outside live band on Saturday night at the bar next door. All that noise till 2 am when we were trying...

Planned a weekend with family here...New Braufels & its surrounding areas is like our home away from home! Our trip to Riverside Resort was not relaxing nor fun. Front office attendant was snappy & rude on the first night. The monthly/full time stayers don t seem to think the rules apply to them. Dogs outside running around w/o leash &...

We stayed a full week and had a great time! The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean. Plenty of trees! The website is very helpful when choosing your site. We rode our motorcycle during the day and came back and cooled off in the pool! We will definitely be staying here again!

This area and time of year is definitely geared towards college students. If were in that demographic, this place would be awesome; but I'm not. Compared to other RV parks it's average. Location is pretty good, although not on the river. Our pull through pad was right up front. Not much shade and unlevel. Pool seemed clean and maintained. Wasn't...
