This hotel was quite comfy and was very close to Palo Duro Canyon. The breakfast was good - especially liked the blueberry waffles. The coffee could have been a bit better. And, the vending machines needed refilling especially the diet sodas. The pool was also fun!

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 13 February 2017

Original room smelled of cigarette smoke. We went to the front desk and were immediately moved to a new, fresh smelling room, no questions asked. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was hot and delicious with many choices. Set up of the food was a bit cramped with the most popular items all in the corner.

During Spring Break my family camped in Palo Dura Canyon State Park and I stayed in this hotel. My original reservation was for a King bed room, but I thought the 10 and 8 year old might get tired of camping, so I called to see if I could get a two Queen bed room instead. I spoke with the...

We stayed here for a quick spring break trip to Palo Duro State Park. The hotel was one of two in town that we considered, though neither of the hotels are in the chain we frequent most. We chose the Best Western despite some reviews that raised serious concerns about a few fundamental aspects of staying in a hotel (like...

This hotel is very close to Palo Duro Canyon state park and a good stop if you are visiting the park. Rooms are large clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. I thought the breakfast was sub par the morning we were there and the floor in the breakfast area was wet and sticky. However the hotel was very busy and...

Run from this place! The front desk lady was amazing! She is the reason this place got two stars. The place is filthy, the breakfast is horrible, the tv's don't work and animals that bark all night are allowed. There has got to be a better place than this!

We rented a room at this hotel based on previous reviews. We booked it through Orbitz and after the initial reservation, we made some changes that extended our 1 night stay into 2 nights. The first night went well. The room was nice enough and relatively clean. They did have a mounted telephone on the wall of the bathroom that...

First of all I would like apologize for the trouble you had to go through while you were at the museum. Orbitz and 3rd Party reservations sometimes do have glitch while transferring from their system to our interface. Regardless that being said - Customer Service and courtesy to you as a Guest is really important to us. I will personally...

We chose this Best Western because it was pet friendly and the average review was 4 out of 5. I can honestly say we'll never stay here again. Housekeeping only came to our room once to change the sheets & replenish the towels. We had to empty our own garbage every day, request replenishment of towels all but one day...

Hi ,Thank you very much for taking out your valuable time to write a review about your stay with us. We are very disappointed to hear your stay was far less than satisfying.

No 2nd TV in suite, hallways and doorways are filthy, bathroom shower curtain stained yellow and most of the towels. No computer in the business center, vending machines were both out of order. It is OK if your just needing a room close to the college but otherwise, check the Holiday Inn next door.

The hotel was very clean & quiet. Our suite was very roomy and pleasant. The desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The location was great! I would stay there again. The hotel is close to W.Texas A&M, Palo Duro Canyon and local restaurants.
