I had heard great things about this pubs food, unfortunately I wasn't that impressed. The food was OK and presented well, although the portion sizes were very small, lacking something and over prices. I won't be visiting again.

Just perfect, view overlooking the countryside. The service from the pub staff was second to none. We were made to feel very special and time taken to talk to us was not a problem. The food was outstanding - top restaurant quality and wonderful choice. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and warm. The shower was so powerful - which...

Great place to stay for a short break. A little out of Masham, in a quiet rural location. Rooms in this pub were clean and comfortable and food in the pub restaurant was excellent with a great choice of food and wines / beers.

2 night stay at The Black Swan, room very clean and spacious, staff very friendly, food from breakfast to evening meal was excellent and serviced a good pint of Black Sheep. Look forward to staying again and seeing how the Black Swan turns out after the alterations have been completed.

We stayed here on a deal so it was the first time we had been to Fearby and the Black Swan. It is a quaint village and the pub accommodation is quirky. The room was clean, modern and bright and had under floor heating which was lovely. We had a drink in the pub when we arrived and it was...
