Cleanliness of room is my first and important criteria! bathroom was clean and you could tell all corners scrubbed and spotless - Our room very clean and serviced for the 2 days we stayed. Beds comfortable - liked that the TV remotes showed TV guide so we didn't have to guess which channel we were on. At this time no internet service but we didn't need it. restaurants close by and were good. Will definitely stay here again when we visit family.

Great job renovating! The rooms look awesome! Very clean! Staff was wonderful. Very quiet and cheaper than competition! Door to door parking. Serves its purpose, would highly recommend. Variety and f restaurants and shops close by.

The room was exactly what I needed. It was clean and had most of the usual amenities. The bed was comfortable. The television and internet services were flawless. I asked for and received a non-smoking room. Exterior lighting could be improved as I had to use the headlights of my car to find my room number in the dark.

Called and made reservation 2 weeks before arrival date. Ask for a double queen no smoking, was told that is what we would get. Got there it was a double full but okay that will still work. We opened the door and the smell of smoking about knocked us down. we to front and all they did was offer candles and to ask if we wanted a refund meaning no room. now normally would have took it but since they had the pro mx going on at LORETTA LYNN'S' RANCH there was nothing else available. so we had to go to dollar and spend 15.00 on air fresheners. bought 2 cans of smoke elemantor and used 1 and 3/4 of them to kill it down enough we could stay in room. our friend woke up with a sore throat and sinus issues that runt the whole day due to the sheets and pillows and everything reaking of smoke. have to wash everything we took in room due to the smell. My advice if you are a none smoker keep driving. Found black n mild wrappers on floor around bed side table. The cleaning staff needs to do a bunch better job. As bad as we wanted a shower we were scared to try and get one there.…

Only motel in Waverly TN. Owner, Sharad, very nice & $65 to &80 rate outstanding. New carpet & clean sheets. Multi plugs have been added so there are enough for all electronics. Most motels these days have washable coverlets & I hate bedspreads that have had multiple use. Something black around tub & commode base. Don’t know if it was dirt or mold.

I was on a recent trip with other ladies. Yes this is the only hotel in town but we wanted to try it anyway. We arrived, check in was very easy. Staff as I said was friendly. When we first got in our room the knob that turned the air up and down was missing. Instead of being upset, I called the front desk and someone came within 5 minutes to get us nice cool air. There are several restaurants around, it has a microwave and refrigerator. The room was basic, but this isn't a huge town. The beds and pillows slept great. I can't always say that for expensive hotels. We had our evening meal at the Mexican restaurant across the street and the food was good. If I ever need to spend the night in Waverly again, I certainly won't have doubts about this hotel.

Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Others have said clean rooms but ours was barely OK. The bathroom was not OK, mold in the bath/shower area & on shower head and hairs in & on the toilet. The towels are kids towels and very thin. Fridge had leftover food in it that we had to throw away. Very basic, only three sad pillows on king size bed. We stayed for three nights for an event in the area, would have moved if something else was available. There is no blanket on the bed, just a thin bedspread. The AC was off when we arrived and it took several hours to get cooled down, would have been nice if they had turned on low since we had a reservation. Price is right for what it is. I can't rate this as average because it is not but it is OK.

Close to everything, fields, restaurants and Johnsonville State Park. Basic needs met such as hot showers with heated bathroom, clean bed to sleep in and tv. No frills and no coffee to mention but good sleep for good price.

Very basic but clean sheets & new carpet. We paid $80/night including tax. No breakfast & biggest problem was lack of outlets for electronics. Free parking & small coffee pot in room. No hair dryer. Owner very accommodating. Will stay again.

Property has new management and has went thru a through renovation. Staff is friendly, and the rooms are very clean. I like that fact that you can walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Its safe and no traffic noise at night
