My husband took me to Blackberry for my birthday, a treat I had been looking forward to for quite some time. We have traveled a bit, and have been fortunate to stay at many nice hotels and inns. Blackberry is one of the nicer places we have stayed. That being said, I believe for what we paid a night I...

Our first trip to BBF was simply perfect. It's a blend of simplicity, lots of nature (4200 acres), five star food and five star service. We stayed in the Singing Brook Cottages, ate in the barn and in the main house. The staff is always ready to do anything you can dream up. We loved driving our own golf cart...

Can't beat the property -- lush rolling hills, streams and lakes. The new wellness center and barn are architecturally gorgeous and appropriate for the expense of the place. The rooms in the Guest house, however, are lacking. Tiny bathrooms with old ceramic tile, dirty grout and chrome faucets don't rise to the occasion. I'd expect Waterworks fixtures, marble floors, etc.,...

We went to Tennessee to celebrate my 50th. We stayed in a lovely cabin (not Blackberry) and decided to get a room for one night in order to secure dinner reservations. The Inn staff were cordial and accommodating. The Barn staff were nice, but not to the standards of a fine restaurant; which lowers the caliber of the restaurant and...

We truly enjoyed our short 2 night stay at the Blackberry Farm. We stayed at one of the Singing Brook cottages and the accommodation was beautiful, clean, and relaxed. We particularly enjoyed our own private golf cart since the cottage was far from the Main House and the Barn. The property was walkable, but at night, when you're wearing heels...

No ones loves Blackberry Farm more than we do. We have been repeat visitors for years and felt more like family at one time. BF has sold out. The constant turnover of young staff, overcrowding in the dining rooms, long waits for dinner, and lowering of many standards all while prices continue to rise have left us questioning if we...

We spent 5 wonderful days at Blackberry Farm for Labor Day. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, serene getaway, and the staff at Camp Blackberry went out of their way to make sure that my 4 kids ages 3-12 ALL had a wonderful time which is not always easy when there is such a...

We just stayed here this past weekend and I must say - it was the best food I've ever eaten! The meals are a culinary art (taste and visually), and will not leave you hungry. The grounds are beautiful, lots of things to do. I have some tips: A: get the smallest room available. It's the cheapest, but you still...

Although the property is beautiful, given he price of dining and accommodations, we were very disappointed by the dinner service. It took about 20 minutes to wait for the sommelier, another 15 for him to bring the bottle and what felt like another 20 minutes for him to return with the uncorked bottle. After all of that, they never returned...

So yes our room is beautiful! We are staying in a cottage suite. And yes the farm is breathtaking. And while we are not big fans of southern cooking, the cuisine is well done. What is missing sorely is training the over abundance of staff that is friendly and tries to serve, but misses both on the connection to the...
