This property is very old and sadly rundown. The room was clean and the mattress was great, but it was downhill from there. The water pressure didn't work properly, the "balcony" was overgrown with cedar trees, the curtains would not close and there was NO table or desk. The room was extremely overpriced, as well.

Was very disappointing when we got checked in. Not sure how you can call this place a resort as they didn't have a restaurant or bar. Only one small pool for this huge property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but I was expecting a lot more for a $170 night midweek stay. It was close the Cades Cove as well as nice restaurants.

We stayed in the Cades Cove suite which has a private bedroom with king size bed w/TV and another king size bed w/TV in the living area where there's a couch and table. The toilet and shower has a door for privacy. Everything seemed clean and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a family suite for two nights. There is one room with 2 queen beds, connected (without a door ) to a living room area with a sofa bed, mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Also there is a nice patio area (balcony for 2nd floor units) with chairs where you can sit and look over the grounds. Everything was clean and quiet. Fun bonus: Lots of wild cottontail rabbits roam the area! I only "ding" the place one star because it could use a little sprucing up there and there. In the bathroom there was a badly water-damaged corner between the door and the tub (really bad). Some of the stairs on the grounds also needed repairs.Perhaps the demise of COVID will improve their cash flow enough so they can deal with it.
