Terrible customer service. Gary was especially rude. LOUD music and events in the pavilion into the evening that were so loud my camper was shaking and we couldn't sit outside at our campfire. Won't come back.

We visited KOA Townsend and stayed in one of the cabins. We really enjoyed our stay. The campground was very peaceful, and the staff was great. Our cabin was very clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The whole facility was well maintained. We would definitely like to return.

My wife and I have camped in Townsend KOA for several years as we attend Old Timers Day festivities in Townsend. The campground and restroom facilities are superb. The manager and staff are the best. Over the years we have been very pleased. Highly recommend this campground.

We have camped at the KOA many times. It has great camping spots for tents along the river. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The bathhouse and other facilities are clean and spotless. I highly recommend This campground

I stayed in deluxe cabin #15 which is not on the river but very close to it. The cabin was very clean and had a lot of supplies I wasn't expecting including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap. It was the perfect size, just enough. The campground staff were friendly and helpful.Even though the campground was full,...

To attend a wedding I located in Walkabd this was a charming place to stay. I liked the little DC 3 cabin by the water. It's always great to rest by a lovely strewn. Rates were reasonable at about $125 per night with a bath, linens, a microwave and coffee machine. It was considered a deluxe cabin.

I loved this camp group... We were planning to camp outside, but since it started to rain we decided to take a cabin... Such a fun experience... We took the deluxe cabin and my kids loved it... It was a small, cozy, comfy cabin... We enjoyed BBQing everything outside and loved how safe it was...My kids played in the playground...

Stayed here as a stop on a camping road trip. Having never stayed at a KOA before now I'm impressed. The site is in quiet Townsend with all the views and none of the tourist traffic. Though if you want, Gatlingburg is a quick 40 minutes East through the park. The campground is clean and will maintained. The staff is...
