This was the host hotel for the Great Smokey Mountains half marathon. The packet picket and expo was held their Friday night, and they accommodated all us crazy runners. The hotel was also the finish for the event, and again, they were most welcoming.
I found it very ironic that the logo for this motel is a red fox, and the first morning I awoke here, I walked out on the balcony and seen a red fox running off the hill at the back and across the property!

Yes pets are allowed, I cannot remember the charge-sorry!! It can't be much, I would have remembered!! They give you a welcome bucket for your dog-water bowl, leash, poopbags, rug. Pet rooms have hardwood floors also.
