The hotel was in a great location to everything. It's right on the line of Pigeon Forge. Staff was friendly, room was clean and breakfast was good. It wasn't a 5 star hotel but it was great for the price. Would stay there again.

I have stayed there at least 4 times this year and have had no problems. It is a older hotel but they try to keep it clean and quiet place to stay. The breakfast is not for me I like a good hot breakfast.

Our room did have a faint odor of smoke, but I don't know if that was from someone smoking in the room or someone smoking outside and it was sucked in by the air system under the window. It was tolerable for one night.
My thoughts as well bslaws of Statesville, NC Staff didn't care to help with questions, the room was filthy and uncomfortable. Way behind the times with the 70s decor as well. Not something Wyndham should be associating with.
