The main things we loved about our stay... 1. The location was great. It was close to the outlets and the strip without having the noise. 2. The breakfast was beyond tasty. For a complimentary breakfast I expected stale donuts and cereal, but I was pleasantly surprised to find eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pastries, cereal, juice, milk and coffee...

Very happy that we made reservations weeks in advance. This place was packed on April 1st when we checked in. We got the King, Jacuzzi, Fireplace room. We found it to be cozy and romantic. We were NOT disappointed that we chose this hotel over the many other choices. Tried to use WIFI. We were able to connect, but it...

This hotel was great. Friendly service, fast check in and out. Super clean rooms. Highly recommend. Will stay here again soon. My new "go to" place to stay in the area. Will most likely be back here to stay in the next few months!!

We spent several nights here while we enjoyed the Smoky Mountains. I loved the quaint, rustic decor. We enjoyed being able to cook dinner using the microwave and having the refrigerator. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was nice having the extra chair and a desk. The attendants in the breakfast area were friendly.

Great experience close to everything. Have stayed here multiple times with no issues. Really like the rustic look in the rooms. Can't beat the price or the rooms. Outdoor pool in the summer is just the right size for the little ones thru Middle School. The Breakfast has most anything you could want. Is our go to motel in Pigeon...

We stayed at the Oak Tree Lodge while attending an event. The check-in and very quick and efficient and the front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. When we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised as we had a fireplace, jacuzzi tub and a balcony. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the balcony but nice none...

We stayed in the family suite, it was clean and well furnished. The two queen beds and the fold out couch (which was actually comfortable to sleep on) were great for our two adult grandchildren and us. The Kitchen was a full furnished kitchen ( full sized stove and Refrigerator) with a dishwasher. The front desk personell were efficent and...

The rooms were clean but needed updated. We had a king suite with a Jacuzzi, balcony, 2 rooms with 2 TV's and a fridge & microwave. At a rate of $68 per night, we thought it was a fair value. There was an old uncomfortable sofa and the furniture was made out of logs, made to look like a rustic...

We decided at 4:00pm December 30th to take a quick weekend get away to Pigeon Forge. I called Pam @ Oak Tree Lodge to check on rooms. She only had one available for Saturday Dec 31 not for the 30th. I asked her to call me if she had any cancellations for that night. Within the hour she called me...
