We always check out beds and bathroom as soon as we walk into the room. The bed had dark black hair all over sheets as well as pink glitter. Pink glitter all over sofa. 2 pictures that where apparently drawn previous guests where left propped up on mantel and stuck inside

Martin, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very disappointed to hear that you didn't enjoy your time with us and we definitely apologize for that being your experience with us. We can assure you that our owners do care very greatly about our guests and their experience with us. The last thing they want is for you to not enjoy your time at our hotel or in the area overall. The experience that you have described is not a reflection at all of the goals of our owners or our staff. We will certainly pass on your review to them as well as have your concerns addressed at the hotel. I do hope that you at least enjoyed your time in Sevier County and the Smokies! Have a wonderful week!

Our family decided to take a mini vacation this past month and Oak Tree was amazing. Our kids loved the indoor pool, and breakfast was a hit. Really close to the outlets and plenty of places to eat. The staff was so so friendly. Can’t wait for warmer weather to back and explore

Does anyone have any pictures of the family room, or can anyone give me their opinions on it?
Hi: The rooms are fine. They have a fridge, and I don't remember if there is a microwave. I do remember there was a nice comfortable easy chair in our room which was great since I have back trouble. It was clean, and that is the most important thing to me. Rooms are a nice size and the pool area is really nice. Breakfast is usual fare, but they have blueberry waffles and they are really good. We will be staying there again in November. It's not the Hilton but it is very nice and close to everything, and you will most likely get a buy one get one free coupon for a show down there. The show cost us $36 I think. Sorry I only have pictures of the outside and pool area. You can find those on my review of Oak Tree. Have a wonderful trip. Happy travels

We had a great stay here. We did not hear any traffic noise at all. I can understand your concern so when you make your reservations ask for a room towards the back. That way it will be really quiet and you will be real close to the breakfast room as well. Happy travels. ( We will be staying here again in Nov because it is so convenient to things we wanted to do. Also if you have other children they have one of the greatest pool areas I have ever seen.)

how far to dollywood
4-5 miles. Make left out of Oak Tree Lodge then right at TGI Friday's. Follow Road to redlight. Make right and Dollywood will be about three miles on left. There are other ways but this is definitely the quickest. Enjoy.

What time is check-in & check-out?
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am. However, we drove from Southern Indiana and it took us awhile to get there so we ended up checking in around 9 that night.

Are there connecting rooms available?
I was in a King sized room on the second floor and I couldn't connect to another room so it might be you can on different floor.
