Not worth the price. First, I was told when I made the reservation over the phone that the indoor water slides which were closed, would be open by my stay in October. They were still closed. It was packed and dirty. No open chairs to...More
$175/ night roach motel! One on the door and one in the bathroom. Woman on the elevator said they had one in their room too. INFESTATION! Clogged sink. Candy on the floor up and down the halls and in the stairwells. Old beaten up furniture....More
Stay was mostly fine, but was disappointed in a few things. We had a long weekend stay with a Monday check out, but there was no maid service on Sunday until a maid knocked on the door early in the evening to ask if we...More
My family and I stayed here (wilderness) to extend our family vacation. We have 2 boys, 2.5 years and 7 month. The rooms were a little small, however, all the different things to do, water park and arcade, there was plenty to keep us all...More
First time here and was expecting a little more. Everything there reminded me of being on a cruise ship. From the long hallways to the cleaning crews. The place is nothing but a timeshare, even if you didn’t sign up for the timeshare deal they...More

I stayed there in April..wouldn't stay there again given the quality of the experience versus the price we paid. It wasn't a roach motel so if you're afraid of that sort of thing, it wasn't that bad. It was however, expensive, loud at night and we encountered several rude staff and guests during our stay. The kids enjoyed the indoor water park well enough.. But given the price we paid to stay there, the overall experience didn't really justify the prices they charge for everything there. Food there is expensive for sub-par quality. $40 plus tip for a terrible skimpy breakfast for two adults and "kids eat free" If you do go I'd eat elsewhere.
