The first thing I inspect when I arrive at a motel/hotel is the bathroom. I was extremely happy with the cleanliness of the bathtub. Second no bug or roaches. Third the television remote was clean and you could read all the numbers on the buttons. Ok these items may seem petty, but I was extremely happy. I was disappointed that...

This hotel may not be among the newest in town but it is among the cleanest. The staff was very friendly and you could tell they cared about doing their job the right way! Very reasonably priced, we stayed a week for what a lot of places would cost for maybe for just a couple of nights. Highly recommend to...

I recently stayed for the first time at Norma Dan. It was an overnight trip with 3 children. I travel often and can honestly say I have never felt safer in a hotel room than I did this one. Solid heavy doors with deadbolt locks gave me a very secure feeling while traveling alone with my kids. Front desk check...

Management were very helpful. I was hoping for a better view. For the cost it was okay. We only stayed one night. The continental breakfast was okay. Room had refrigerator and microwave. It was located on the east end of the strip.

Decor is dated but rooms were spacious and clean. Most rooms have private balconies. Indoor and outdoor pools are well maintained. Breakfast is fine (yogurt, doughnuts, cereal, Eggos, toast, boiled eggs). Staff is friendly. Several restaurants in walking distance.

The Norma Dan is an older motel but nice a clean inside. You don't get a bunch of frills and up to date t.v. s but it is a good clean comfortable room. They do have a simple breakfast but that was fine with us. If you have to have all the frills go pay 50 bucks more at another...

This is a nice place to stay for the money. The room we had the air was not working when we arrived. We told the office and the maintenance man beat my wife back to the room. They put in a new ac and it worked great. Housekeeping was great, room was clean. They have not upgraded to flatscreen tvs...

This locally owned motel is a jewell in Pigeon Forge. Rates are more than affordable and staff is accommodating. Came down just for a couple days away and this was a great choice. Nothing fancy, but very clean and a stay that was well worth it! Look forward to staying here again.

We checked in a little early and our room was ready. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The motel is very close to the main road and I was scared of being kept awake by traffic noise; not the case, it was very quiet. The rooms are dated but clean...I did have to clean out the bathtub...

This place is priced right and very friendly and clean . Rooms could use a little updating but were very comfortable . Air conditioning was very cold , which felt great after a long day out shopping and doing the attractions . It is located on the main strip , with easy access to any of the area attractions ....
