Room had a odd smell and there was a hole in the ceiling and door wouldn't lock.. there were no faceplate on outlet.. big truck took up a lot of parking spaces and couldn't find a place to park most of the time at night. The only plus to this hotel Is that it is across the street from the...

Room was clean. Bed slept great. The sink was clogged and slow to drain out. Light bulb was burned out. Rate was very reasonable. I used a Groupon. Location ideal to area attractions. Parking was crowded. Location was ideal and convenient to area attractions.

My 14 year-old daughter, 21 year-old son and his girlfriend stayed on a Friday night since we weren't checking into our cabin in Gatlinburg until Saturday afternoon. We had reservations, it was inexpensive so I was not expecting much. We were very pleased! We walked over to the Islands and ate at Paula Deen's restaurant and were able to walk...

We stayed one night, mid week. The hotel is older but well kept. Our room was just like the pictures. The linens were clean and fresh, room was clean. It's not fancy but a great place to sleep! The location couldn't be beat!! Easy walk to the Island and so much more!! And the complimentary breakfast was really good! Will...

My title kinda says it all. The beds were comfy, we were tired so that helped. The room was old. The toilet seat was loose and wonky, one of the dresser drawers was busted, the tissue dispenser was empty, there was no drain plug in the sink, etc etc. There were also hardly any power plugs in the room, which...

Cant complain! Nice room great views and walking distance to a lot of fun stuff. Room had a weird smell to it but we literally only used the room to sleep in so it didn't bother us too much. Parking lot gets filled quick so finding a spot when we came back was a little tough. Over all good stay!!!

This motel sits directly across the road from the Island, the Comedy Barn, and other great attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. The mattress and pillows lack comfort, but because of the location, and I was just visiting for one night, I tolerated it.

This place was reasonable in pricing and was in a very good location. Our room was spacious enough for a weekend and very clean. There could be parking issues, but we did not have a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

When reserving be sure to tell them you DO NOT want room 200A. It was disgusting! The dirt and dust blown from the air unit (which is up high near your head) was all over the ceiling. Spider webs in every corner. Hole in the wall. Curtains open to a view of a concrete wall. Spider in the bathroom. I...

The room we stayed in was in great shape. They had remodeled the room. We loved it. The Lord Blessed us with a great Lodge. We plan on staying there again when we go back. The staff was very friendly.
