We were in town for a long weekend, and I'm glad we chose Union Station to stay. Beautiful accommodations, clean rooms, friendly service, and a short walk to everything we needed. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

The exterior of the hotel was charming as it is a remodel of the old Nashville Union Train Station which has classic early 20th century architecture, however...our remodeled room (Room #104), was lacking in maintenance. In the shower there was mildew and stains, the bathroom closet door had broken slats, and around the toilet area the floor had stains and...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel as part a spontaneous holiday weekend overnight..on a Sunday night. (Nashville still pulses till to the wee hours on Sunday..just leads crowded). We had previously passed thru the grand gallery lobby of this restored really 1900's train station but had never made the time to stay. You all can see the photos....

Enjoyed a beautiful room on the corner of the 4th floor. Gorgeous hotel that is well done with art and chandeliers. We even had a Kurig in our room. The tub was deep and the towels soft. One of the most comfortable bed I have ever found.

Dear ksktrrg, Thanks for the great review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and found pour new beds to be the most comfortable you've ever found. Our chandeliers have quite the history...468 years to be exact...not only were these three new chandeliers produced by the same company who made the two original gas chandeliers for Union Station in 1900,...

You can't go wrong staying here. The price compares with most properties in the area and you feel like you are in the lab of luxury. Staff was nice and accommodating. Our room was very large with plenty of space for 4 women (on a girls out weekend). We didn't have much time to explore the hotel or the restaurant....

Dear theabbyinn, Music City is a great weekend getaway with many opportunities for entertainment, music and culture so I understand why you didn't have much time to explore the hotel or our restaurant, Carter's, so I hope you have an opportunity to do so on your next visit. Thanks for mentioning our gym, as it was also relocated, enlarged, and...

This is a special hotel. Beautiful room on the 5th floor with 18 foot ceilings. This is really a great spot for someone that can appreciate the history behind this gorgeous building. Impeccably renovated and the lobby is European church worthy. Stained glass and marble. Truly different.

Dear Stevo131, The original tile, Kentucky limestone and soaring barrel-vaulted stained glass ceiling remain in tact and have been supplemented with large-scale steel sculptures made from re-purposed and recycled materials and three 10-foot-tall, custom chandeliers to inject a sense of glamour and drama to the grand lobby’s monumental space. Union Station also has a colorful history as a train station...

nice lobby experience in this old historic property, we parked out behind the station down low by the railroad tracks. too bad trains no longer service this station, there is a bar located in the back section of the station, maybe use to be the old baggage area.

Dear hafe, Thanks for stopping at Union Station to grab an afternoon snack at Carter's. The bar is located inside this historic train station in the location that used to house the ticket counter. During our recent transformation, we discovered part of the original tile floor from 1900 and it is now highlighted in Carter's along with the brick columns...

We stayed here for about a week and had a wonderful time. The property is unique, so do not anticipate large, modern rooms, but the overall feel and operation of the property was excellent! We were actually in town for a conference and choose this property for being in walking distance to most areas of interest. The staff was well...

Dear Squirrel_Colorado, Thanks for the recommendation and the recognition of Union Station's unique design. Because of the unique size, design and location of each room inside this historic treasure, guests can have a different room experience with each visit; a smaller boutique room with a great view of The Gulch or Broadway; a larger standard room in the heart of...

(In order of the pictures) 1. We received a breakfast differently from what we ordered. 2. An apple juice apparently comes with free HAIR. 3. Would you drink from these glasses the assistant manager shoved in my husband's face because the housekeeping staff couldn't be bothered to leave any in our room? 4. The "king" size bed, where, if you're...
