Had a great time celebrating several birthdays (50-63) with a group of friends. Several blocks off Broadway, but easy walk. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel is very well maintained and rooms are clean and comfortable. Skye bar great place to end the night (open until 2:30am). Great breakfast at a reasonable price. Hotel was less expensive than several other 4 or 5 star hotels that are a little closer to Broadway. Will definitely stay here next trip to Nashville.
Came down to Sheraton grand for the weekend and i was immediately impressed by the customer service. Silvia at the valet stand was very helpful. She directed me to different spots i need to visit while im in nashville. Definitely recommend Sheraton Grand and their impressing customer service to anyone visiting nashville. Great weekend overall!
Considering the cost and the Marriott ownership I expected more from this property. We and our kids traveled here for a wedding and from the moment we checked in we knew we made a mistake. 1.) Parking, the parking is behind the building it is $50 per day and it is very cramped and dirty getting from there to the main property. 2.) The room was small (double beds not queen) the bathroom was tiny and overall it was dirty, the walls which are supposed to be white were more of a dirty white from lack of maintenance over time. 3.) AC - as we were getting ready for the wedding our AC began blowing 80 degree air, we called maintenance but 2 hours later they had not arrived so we got dressed with the room door open to just have some cool air from the main space to come in, needless to say my wife was not happy and quite embarrassed. 4) POOL......buyer beware, there is NO POOL at this property, there are pools shown online but there is no pool. …
Angelo, I want to express this weekend stay at your hotel was the worst time ever spent in Nashville. I come to Nashville every 90 days. Not once did I expect this to be the worst stay. Problems: the bed uncomfortable, low water pressure, water leaked all over the bathroom floor, hearing the next room toilet flush, dirty carpet, the hotel door didn't close all the way, no handicap spots in the parking garage making it hard on my legs, (since I have a handicap permit), dingy towels/wash clothes and the Wi-Fi was terrible. Sylvia and Josh are amazing! Great service and helped us get where we needed to go every time. I will definitely stay here again because the service was amazing. Sylvia even took pics of our group for us.

I would suggest a breakfast buffet. Food options are not 5*. Breakfast options are limited and nothing close by! Rooms were adequate but had to request housekeeping 2x. I would stay again but hope minor changes made
We came to Nashville for the Pearl Jam show and had an amazing time! The Sheraton was clean and well attended by the staff. We enjoyed the breakfast that came with our stay, and will definitely be back!
The room is nice and comfortable. The location is great. Walkable to Broadway but just enough distance that it's quiet from the hustle and bustle of nightlife. It was busy with meetings but the elevators was never a long wait.
Me and my friend had reserved a table in the rooftop restaurant, which upon our arrival was reserved for a private party. These things can happen... Scott and his team were quick to offer us a great alternative in the Library Bar downstairs. No view of the city at night, but what impeccable and friendly service we received. Lovely food and a very good winelist too. We felt pampered and didn't regret the change of scenery for a minute! Thank you, Scott! You and your team know what hospitality is all about!
