Great Job done by all. The staff was kind and looked after our needs without hesitation. Shuttle service was without a doubt excellent. Our room was clean and met all of our expectations. We had stayed at this property before and service continued to be a top priority of the staff. We will certainly stay with them in the future.

Visiting our son in Nashville. Location near Vanderbilt was both convenient and near downtown attractions. Adjacent to The Row which had great Bloody Mary's and the family loved the complimentary breakfast.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for two nights to be near our daughter in the hospital with our first grand child. The hotel was convenient to both the hospital and to interesting parts of downtown Nashville, though we weren't doing any sightseeing on this trip. First night was a decent rate, but the second night was really expensive due...

Good evening, I want to begin by saying thank you for taking the time to complete this survey sharing your experience with me. The negatives that you encountered are beyond unacceptable, guest satisfaction is our number one goal and I see we fell beneath that threshold. I always request an upper floor, but was assigned a lower floor. There appears to be some renovations happening (or need to happen). The layout of this Hampton is odd compared to most. It is not in the middle of downtown, but close enough if you have a car. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Great staff. Clean! Great breakfast. Near everything. Nice rooms. Free parking. Had issue with the air. Staff took cate of it and gave a one nite credit without even asking. Uber drivers were plenty and that was a great thing because I never drove my car once

Was a little pricey to my liking, but staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Plenty of food places within walking distance and parking was very convenient. Hotel shuttle to places within 2-2.5 miles was very helpful also

Great location near Vanderbilt in midtown. Walk distance to Haite B's for hot chicken and The Soulshine Pizza Factory for music and yes pizza. There's a shuttle at the hotel that will take you in to honky tonk area as well. The staff was very nice and breakfast was great.

Really enjoyed our four night stay at Hampton Inn. Very quick and courteous check in and a room that was for the large part of our stay quiet, we stayed mid week and I would suggest weekends could get noisy. The room whilst not huge was well set out with seperate bedroom and fridge, no cooking facilities however. I can...
