Our designer 1921 estate property was revealed to the public in 2015 in Nashville's largest Home Tour following a complete and total restoration, and was subsequently featured in local Nashville media. We have reservations available for individual suites or an Exclusive-Use 'Run-of-the-House' booking of all 4 Queen en suites. My sister rented the entire house for her son’s medical school graduation, May 11-15. It was also a much needed family reunion. My sister said it best “If we could just take the beautiful, comfortable Caroline House with us for every trip we take, we would be in heaven!” Every nook and corner were a delight! Not only a spacious home beautifully decorated, but plenty of areas to hold a party! Walking distance to shops, great restaurants and grocery store. Thank you so much!

My family rented the entire Caroline House for several days for graduation, so we made full use of all 4 of the individual en-suite bedrooms, as well as the downstairs game room/suite, the common living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. The three upstairs bedrooms each had a unique character and were all good sized with super comfortable beds. The main level master suite is impressive and the downstairs suite is a sports lovers dream hangout. The house is extremely comfortable and well-appointed throughout, with all sorts of little extras that provided everything we needed for our stay. It's just a wonderful place to wake up in , or come home to. I could sit on the porch all day, listening to the birds singing in the trees. The location is also perfect - a quiet street only a couple blocks from a Publix grocery store and 8 South area, and a 10 minute walk to all the popular shops and restaurants on 12 South. This is far better than any AirBNB and I'd love to have the run of this house again! As we walked up the front steps to that awesome porch we could see inside and had a sense that this was a special home. Ashley and Michael were friendly hosts and made us feel right at home, as did their sweet golden retriever. We loved the witty instructions that we received in the pre-arrival email as well as the various notes in the room and around the house. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed. A unique feature of the inn is that they don't serve breakfast on site. They partner with local businesses so guests receive a voucher for a place within a ten minutes walk from the inn. We received a different voucher for each of the three nights we stayed. We spent time walking around the neighborhood and loved that. We look forward to our next stay!

Caroline House is so lovely! We only wish we could have stayed more than 1 night! Hosts were very accomodating and friendly. We have to book again because the star host, Desti was out of town! We can't wait to meet the furry host next time! Would highly recommended this super cute, comfortable inn, close to all the things to do in Nashville!

From the moment we walked in we felt right at home! The Caroline House has tons of curb appeal while having all the cozy comforts inside. We travel to Nashville a couple of times a year as our son lives there and we plan to always stay here. We didn’t get to meet Ashley but Micheal was an amazing host, very personable and helpful. I can highly recommend staying here on your visit to Nashville, a short drive into the city or a nice little walk to 12 South restaurants and shops!

We enjoyed our time. Fun breakfast outings in the neighborhood. We had the Old Coal room which was very spacious, had 2 queen beds and a pool table. It was decorated with NFL memorabilia, kind of like a man-cave. Michael was very informative.

We traveled from Pittsburgh for a short getaway. This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It’s VERY CLEAN has a lot of charm. Ashley & Mike we’re very attentive to our needs/ requests. Desti (the dog) was also a great host! There is obviously a lot of attention to detail at this charming B& B! I would highly recommend to anyone!! 😊

My Mother and I stayed in the Coal Room. It was very comfortable. Plenty of room. Great beds. Great location. The proprietors treated us like family. Desti is the sweetest dog! We will definitely stay here again.

Me and my husband stayed in Caroline inn on the way back from our road trip from Charleston, I am so happy that I choose this charming place as our last stop before returning home and going back to hustle of everyday live , being in this house is attraction and relaxation therapy by itself, absolutely comfortable and clean,every little thing that traveler might need taken care of- from comfortable home like beds and collection of drinks in the fridge to warm southern hospitality of its owners and help with orientation in the city Perfect for couples seeking romantic getaway with touch of class and luxury Thank you Ashley and Michael !
