My wife and I spent a February (2017) weekend in Nashville, and stayed at the Demonbreun B&B. Richard is an exceptional host who respects your privacy, and at the same time attends to all one's needs that make the stay enjoyable and carefree. All of the comforts of home were available, i.e., free Wi-Fi, spacious room, walk-in closet, and adjoining...

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was very blessed and pleased that the conversation I had while planning this trip around last November actually became a reality! Everything discussed and mention about what to expect of this beautiful historic B&B was accurate and right on the money. Richard, the home owner and host, was amazing and very accommodating. He...

What a lovely stately home to stay in!! We stayed in the Chardonnay Room and it was lovely and large. The owner, Richard, was very helpful and informative recommending restaurants, sites to see, and bars to visit. He also prepared scrumptious breakfasts to order! Richard also drove us downtown saving us the cab fare! Definately would stay there again on...

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host Richard was great and often offered us rides to the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the made to order breakfasts were wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again.

We are B and B people, every time we travel we stay at B and B's and I must say this is one of the loveliest we have had the pleasure of staying. Richard is a wonderful host and makes a delicious breakfast complete with warm maple syrup, (he says to serve maple syrup cold should be a crime, I...

Not only is this a beautiful, historic home, it is very close to downtown and many other attractions. Richard pays particular attention to every detail to ensure his guests have the very best experience. We named the time for breakfast, and Richard promptly cooked it to order.

This home is beautiful and Richard is a great host. We stayed in the Merlot room and will definitely be staying there again. We rode up on a motorcycle and loved the private parking. Richard allowed us to stay late the next day so we wouldn't have to ride in the rain. Can't wait to visit again in the summer!

We chose this Bed and Breakfast as an alternative to a downtown hotel and boy did we hit the jackpot. A charming historic Inn, Close enough to downtown to be convenient but just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet. The BEST hospitality ever. An over the top Inn keeper that was there for everything you needed, an...

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in the Merlot room for our 15 year anniversary. This was our first trip to Nashville and our first stay in a bed and breakfast. Richard made us feel welcome and the home was very clean and accommodating. His breakfast was amazing and his knowledge of the area was just what we needed...
