Wonderful hotel in a great downtown Nashville location. Easy walking distance (couple of blocks) from the Broadway honky tonk area of town, connected to the country music hall of fame, easy walk to Bridgestone arena and right next door to the Music City convention center. Save money by self parking at the music city parking garage on 6th street about a block from the hotel. We stayed in room 1439 which had an amazing view of downtown. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and well equipped with mini fridge, safe, ironing board etc. Omni front desk director Mark McDonald was outstanding and took great care of us. We would definitely stay at this location again!
Spectacular facility, but even better is the management. I reached out to the general manager for advice and he couldn't have been more helpful, even followed up with reservations. When I saw him he introduced himself and made sure I had everything I needed during our stay. PLUS the fitness center has 2 pelotons Im never staying anywhere else in Nashville. Thank you OMNI
This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are very clean and very inviting. The staff is excellent, professional and friendly. My only complaint was the $50 parking fee for the 16 hours we were there. Seems a bit excessive.
I brought our kids (ages 15 and 11) here as part of a larger road trip. This was our first stop. We loved the grandness of the lobby, staff was welcoming, our room was lovely and the best part: the pool area! We very much enjoyed our time here and enjoyed the walkability of the area. We will come back post Co-Vid!
I did a lot of research and after we stayed there I’ve concluded this is the perfect option. The hotel has an internal connection to The Country Music Hall of Fame. Is just a couple blocks from Broadway where you can find endless options of music and good food and drinks. Mark at reception was awesome! He help us a lot and made our stay even better. 5 stars guy. This is a fine Hotel, so, for extra $20 per night you can access Premiun service instead of over price downtown 3 star hotels. I made that mistake and had to move the next day to the Omni. Next time I won’t hesitate.
