The hotel is fabulous! . The location of the hotel is perfect and allows easy access to the nearby attractions. James Hill & Scott Irwin go above and beyond the call of duty as concierge of the JW Nashville. I've stayed at many places in Nashville and I must say this was by far my favorite Hotel.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit. The hotel decor is gorgeous. The room was clean and had an amazing view. The restaurant experience was fantastic (I mean they serve French fries instead of bread, how could it not be?). The staff was helpful every time we needed them. I’ll be back!

We recently stayed at the JW in Nashville and were blown away with the level of service at the hotel. Every single staff member we came into contact with from the front desk, valet, housekeeping, F&B was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Byron at the front desk has a friendly and welcoming disposition, was eager to make our stay the best of possibly could be. Thank you, Byron! Randa in the coffee shop was a total sweetheart and her smile and sweetness always gave our mornings the perfect start. We ate at Bourbon Steak and it was honestly one of the most flawless dining experience we have ever had. 10/10. The location of the hotel is also perfect and allows easy access to the nearby attractions. We had such an amazing time we just got home and re-booked for May.
