The staff was amazing and the view from our corner king was awesome. Did struggle with the curtains a bit and the service at Ellington’s could have been better. Would return for another visit. I liked the call I received prior to my check in. Made me feel special
I booked this hotel out of a handful of similarly priced options purely based on the fact that it's Nashville's number two ranked hotel on TripAdvisor. If there's one hotel better than Fairlane Hotel, I'd find that hard to believe. This hotel was flawless in my opinion. Great location, spacious rooms, clean, modern. The room housed one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and the walls were thick so the room stayed quiet so I got some quality sleep to be able to keep up with Nashville day after day. The room also had a great quality, large shower. The room basically has the best quality of everything. You leave the room feeling rejuvenated. Then you go out to all of the bars and restaurants and undo all of it. Then you come back to the room and it gets you ready for the next day. This may sound like par for the course, but staying in a room as comfortable as the ones at the Fairlane Hotel adds days to your trip in terms of what you get to experience by preventing, or at least delaying, a burnout with all there is to do in Nashville, so it's really worth it. The hotel also has nice, sleek public areas. It also has one of the better restaurants and bars in the city on the fourth floor, which is a rarity for a hotel in my experience. The service at this hotel was standout, too. The staff was extremely nice, and not in a rehearsed kind of way. They were actually just cool people. I just finished writing a review for a hotel that I stayed at in another city and in that review, I basically disputed the number of stars hotels are given on booking sites versus what the appropriate number of stars feels like it should be during the actual stay. For example, sometimes a booking site will list a hotel as a 4-star hotel but after your stay you'd feel that it was really a 3-star hotel. I can't remember how many stars the Fairlane Hotel achieved on its rating on the booking site I used. I vaguely remember it may have been rated as a 4-star hotel. Whatever the letter of the law is that rates hotels, if Fairlane Hotel was rated as a 4-star hotel, this is definitely a 4-star hotel. This isn't a 3 or 3.5 star hotel listed as a 4-star hotel. This is a true 4-star hotel. In my personal opinion, this is a 5-star hotel. It's every bit as good as some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed at in Asia. I often leave a hotel saying that I would consider, or I wouldn't mind staying at the hotel if I ever visited the city again. Hardly ever do I leave a hotel saying that if I ever return to the city this is the ONLY hotel I would consider for my stay next time. That's Fairlane Hotel for me now. When I visit Nashville again, it's Fairlane Hotel or I'm getting on a plane and going back home.…
We had a corner room and it was so neat having two glass walls! The bed was so comfy and the shower was great! The hospitality we received was 10/10! Great location for walking! We will be returning!!
We absolutely enjoyed our staycation at the Fairlane. The room was perfect and the service was the best I've had in a long time. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and perfect. We will definitely stay here again.
Mr. McGee provided polite, prompt service when valeting my car. I appreciated how personable and helpful he was. Despite the bad rain and weather, Mr. McGee had a positive, upbeat attitude about parking my car and I really enjoyed his service.
