I stayed at this property for 4 nights while attending a conference. The property is clean, efficient and nice overall. The rooms seems to have been recently remodeled, so fresh and current. There are no small refrigerators in the rooms. This is a trend in...More
As I arrived by taxi I was greeted by a porter who took care of my luggage. As I arrived at 09:30 on a Sunday morning I had no expectation of being able to check in. I was welcomed by the reception staff in a...More
It was close enough for us to walk to the bars without taking taxi to everything. The rooms were comfortable and the front desk was friendly. I do think the daily parking charge is a little excessive especially when you're an honors member.
Plans were to meet up with friends from another city and stay downtown in Oder to attend a play. Asked for adjoining rooms if possible. Upon arrival, shortly after 2pm, the rooms were not ready so we decided to have drinks in the bar and plan...More
We were in Nashville for our first trip for my brothers 40th birthday weekend. We stayed at the double Tree which was a very good choice. Its close to downtown, walking distance to shops, restaurants and all the entertainment. I love they have digital check...More

I'm coming into Nashville in early March and have a reservation at this hotel. I'm just so torn on whether or not to cancel. The reviews are all over the place with this hotel. I am a Hilton Diamond and expect a certain level of quality when staying at the Hilton family of hotels. I've read this place had bed bugs, wasn't clean, outdated, etc... For almost $300/night I would expect better.
Anyone stayed recently and care to comment on the cleanliness/bed bug issue?

We didn't encounter any bed bugs, but I would not be willing to pay $300 a night based on the room we were in. However, we did book through a third party so we ended up with a corner room that was small. I'm sure your room is larger than what we had. The hotel is very old and dated. The staff is friendly and it was convenient.

Thank you for your question, we do offer a valet service here at the hotel, it is $35/night or there is a public parking garage directly across the street for $20/night. The hotels parking is free in and out service, the public parking garage is not free. Therefore it is $20 everytime you leave, unless you just plan on parking the whole time you are here.
