we checked in the hotel in the afternoon after a 3 hour drive. the front desk clerk was great and things seemed OK. We were a bit concerned that there were no other cars in the parking lot but check in time was not for a couple of hours. We unpacked and headed to downtown Nashville for dinner. After returning we wanted to get a shower and found there to be no hot water. Called the desk and a new person was on shift. She said she would call and get it taken care of and that no rooms had hot water. The next morning we still had no water and decided to leave a day early. all this time, not one other customer was at the hotel from what we could tell. The morning clerk was on the couch in the front area sleeping or watching TV with a pillow on the couch and never really said anything until I put the key cards on the desk. I would not stay here again.

I had requested an accessible room and had made reservations online. It was even stated that I could not cancel the reservations because the reservation cancellation deadline had passed. We arrived about 10p. I was told that the accessible room was not clean and therefore not available. We agreed to accept a regular room on the first floor. Luckily the beds looked clean but the room left much to be desired. The floors had small bits of debris in various spots like it was not vacuumed recently. The grout in the bath tub was coming out. There was dust under the bathroom sink. We went ahead and stayed but I would not recommend this hotel. The saving grace was the kindness of the staff, although, they could use some reminders on proper dress. One young lady had a button missing on her blouse. She used the spacing to scratch her belly and she actually picked her teeth while I was standing there. She was a sweet young lady though. However, the lady at the front desk this morning would not even smile, did not say good morning, kiss my butt, or good by, absolutely nothing. No, I would not recommend this hotel.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly (Rick). The hallway had a terrible smell. We rented 2 separate rooms-one of them had an odor to. Was definitely an older hotel but we do typically stay in Choice hotels and this was by far the most run down we have experienced with the chain. Breakfast was a joke-but that’s not their fault-I trust they are trying given the covid restrictions. I felt like the hotel itself deserves one star but averaged it out with the customer service we received from Rick and am giving it a 3. But will not stay here again.

First, I have to say that the staff at this Quality Inn was a delight to work with, and can only be described as helpful, courteous and welcoming. We requested a handicapped accessible room, and were directed to the very last room down the hall with no parking lot access. The door at the back of the building was NOT accessible from the outside, so you had to enter the front or side of the building and traverse the entire length of the building. The only distinguishing feature between a regular room and a handicapped accessible room was one grab bar in the tub area, located on the outside of the shower curtain. The bathroom was so small, that the door opened up against the toilet, obstructing any possible path with a wheelchair. There were no grab bars around the toilet. There was no hot breakfast available due to the coronavirus issue (understandable). There were three flavors of stale danish, a few mini muffins, some yogurt, bananas, apples and coffee. There was no juice, no bagels and cream cheese, no "gas-station- pre-wrapped breakfast sandwiches" that you could warm up in a microwave, no single-serving boxes of cereal There was no microwave and no toaster. Plastic utensils were loose and not individually wrapped. There were no tongs or utensils to pick up the danish or muffins. There were no tables or chairs in the room so you could sit and have your breakfast. Would like to say more, but exceeded my character limit.

This was our first stay at this hotel. It was slow checking in but staff was very friendly. They accommodated our group and gave us rooms together. Our room was relatively clean. They don't appear to dust often or at least not our room. We had lots of dust on the top of the toilet tank, desk in the room and also on top of the plastic ice bucket. Other than that the room was clean and neat and the beds comfortable. There is a refrigerator, microwave and ironing board/iron in each room. I do have to say don't stay in room 224 if you are a light sleeper. It was right next to the elevator. You will hear the noise from the elevator all night long and early in the morning. There is a hot breakfast that was good. When food runs out they refill it quickly. The hours for the breakfast are better than other hotels I have been in. The front desk will call for a shuttle to pick you up if you want to go downtown. It picks up on the half of each hour and costs $10/person round trip. The shuttle picks back up on the top of each hour from downtown to take you back to the hotel. It runs until 2 AM except for Sunday which is midnight. This is the best way to get around. We would stay here again.
