Gorgeous hotel, great rooftop lounge and breakfast. Our first experience was being welcomed by Ashley at the front desk. She was so warm and friendly and accommodating, she made the first experience the best. She is great at what she does and makes the Westin a spot I’d like to revisit! Thank you from Andrea Laplante
My husband and I had to celebrate Valentine’s on Friday (He has Dr. duty Sat.) but he forgot to make a reservation. After walking around on a chilly night looking for a place to go, and listening to me complain. Our last try was the Westin, after being told no availability at a close restaurant called The Oak, we headed to our car deflated. As we pass the valet we share our night. Just then as if Superman himself landed...they saved the date!!! Bradley, mentioned there’s a bar upstairs in The Westin to have a few drinks and maybe the restaurant can text is something opens up. We were so happy they were all three such kind young gentlemen, so welcoming and I could tell they wanted our night to go well. After several drinks and lots of laughter, the restaurant sent a text. While we questioned should even go eat? After all the bar was beautiful, with fantastic music and friendly service. However, we did decide to go eat and ended up having truly a loving, fun filled Valentine’s all thanks to Bradley and his valet side kicks.…
Loved the hotel room! Late night drinks at rooftop bar L27 were the perfect night cap & breakfast at Decker & Dyer with Bethany was amazing. Valets Jon and crew were so attentive, quick, and courteous. Overall 10/10 stay
This is a hotel you want to avoid at all costs. We scheduled an event in early March, 2020 which was postponed because of a tornado that hit Nashville. At the time, the events manager promised us we could reschedule at our convenience - agreeing it was not a good time to come to Nashville. Then COVID hit. When we tried to reschedule for this year we were told "it was too late". The events manager at the time had left the hotel. The GM arrogantly stated: "No refund or credit for the deposit to a future event." Mind you, he was giving up thousands of dollars if we held the event at a later date. Real smart. Every other hotel that we had events at in March forward gave us a full refund/credit. When I went to Westin/Marriott corporate I was told this was "an independent franchisee" and they had no control over them. The GM of this hotel cares less about the Westin brand and as you can see from other reviews and has no sense or concern of guest satisfaction.…
