Upon arrival, our king booking was not available so we ended up with 2 doubles. Not ideal, but Austin at front desk was very apologetic and intent on making things right. He immediately offered recompense and to move us once the king became available. We were impressed with his customer service skills and his friendly demeanour. This hotel is a...

Great location, rates, staff and cleanliness! I can't say more. Located in a historic bank building, it was everything we needed. Right around the corner from Printers Alley, which may sadly be gone. It was convenient to everything! Would definitely recommend and return!

We stayed here for two nights, and even if it's a pricy Courtyard, we enjoyed our stay. Service was good, the room was great (expect that they only had twins available) and the location was awsome. We read a lot about the construction going on in the area, but it didn't bother us.

This former bank building is full of charm and style , lovingly converted into a hotel. The staff is amazing. We moved to this hotel from another downtown hotel and I am sure glad we did. This hotel will be my go to next time I am in Nashville.

Great room, well laid out and appointed. Excellent bed. Professional staff. Only complaint, noisy construction site across the street. Starts at 6am, so not a big deal for a business traveler. Not hotels fault and someday work will wrap up.

I had a short stay at this Courtyard last week. There is quite a bit of construction in downtown Nashville. A bit inconvenient and unsightly right now but clear evidence of Nashville's continued growth. This hotel is an easy two block walk to the performance center, restaurants and live music venues. 4 blocks to the hockey arena. The hotel has...

I stayed here for one night on business last week and I was very impressed. From the friendly and efficient front desk staff to the clean and spacious room. This hotel stands out among others. I was also pleased that it was within walking distance to some great restaurants and venues.

Stayed here with my wife for one night during a visit in October. We burned some Marriott points because it was eye-wateringly expensive for a Courtyard. However, the location is fantastic as others have said, the building is lovely (an old bank) and the staff were all friendly and helpful so perhaps it justifies the expense. We had a corner...

This hotel is nothing but a big rip-off. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But you could also get that at a Motel 6 for a lot less $. What a waste of money. $400 for a basic, simple, bare room. Nothing special. At that price, you'd think they would at least put a free bottle of...

I stayed at the Courtyard Nashville Downtown for two nights in September during a business trip and I have nothing but good things to say. I am looking forward to my next stay in mid-November. The staff was extremely friendly - from checking in to checking out and everywhere in-between, I came across polite staff with smiles on their faces....
