Lovely staff, great value for money and beautiful setting. Gorgeous spot for couples with the river a short walk away. Staff had lots of suggestions. Would stay here again. Perfect. Great also to do the lilydale to Warburton rail trail and stay here.

The Warburton Motel is set in a great location at 4 Donna Buang Rd which is close to everything really. We are a family of 4 (ie. Mum & Dad, 2 boys under 10). I rang a couple of days ahead to ask about the Motel and the owner was very up front with me when I mentioned other reviews...

Room description is outright deceptive . -The family room has no bath at all let alone a spa bath. -No private balcony just one long walkway shared by all the upper story rooms. -No BBQ available and then we were told it would cost $1.00 per person eating from it. -Whilst we were out in 4 degree cold weather the...

older style motel with the rooms dated and in need of a little maintenance.. cold tap in the shower was super stiff, light switch in entry a bit dodgy... bed was comfy though doona instead of thin comforter and blankets would have been appreciated. Tea and Coffee supplied was ample and toiletries a nice touch

My Dad booked this motel for an overnight stop on our bike trip and when I read numerous negative reviews I decided to search for somewhere better. I couldn't find anything in the area at a similar price, so I chose to give it a go. We rocked up on our bikes and were warmly welcomed by the owner who...

At first glance, dated but sufficent buildings surrounded by lush tranquil gardens with well set recreational areas is Warburton Motel. However upon checking in, whereby receptionist outlined that its patrons are of a more mature aged demographic, scaldingly highlighting "any shenanigans past 9.30pm wouldn't be tolerated" (keep in mind im 36yr with husband of 50yr), I smoothly accepted this as...

For an overnighter in Warburton, this motel offered a clean, comfortable and convenient option. It has all the basic amenities - tv, air conditioning, heater, hot showers. Despite being close to the main road, the room was quiet. The host, Franz was friendly and accommodating. The gardens in the property are beautiful and worth a wonder.

The room was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable. One was too hard and the other too soft. The shower was very good. My parking space was challenging. The whole place is very tired including the manager who was less than congenial as a host

This motel is barely fit for human habitation. I have stayed in some really bad motels in some of the worst areas of America, but this place takes the cake! The owner was a rude pig go a man. When I checked in he put his finger in my face and bluntly told me 'no noise after 10pm. I'm over...

We stayed in the 2brm family room. Very convenient for my husband and I because we have a newborn baby. The room was very clean and well presented. Our welcoming was very friendly and helpful. The motel is set in the lush Yarra Valley. It is within walking distance of the Yarra River and the main stretch of Warburton. If...

“The family unit is comfortable & great value for $160 pn, sleeping a family of 5, 4 friends or 5 if a couple share the queen bed however, I'd advise that you go out for meals or bring back takeaway foods and use all the dishes available and leave them outside for the motel to take and wash.”
