Behind the main building Hotel Sorrento has spacious one bedroom studios with great views. Clean and tidy. Parking and free Wi-Fi. Great meals and dining area. Good pub atmosphere. Great for that weekend getaway.

My friend and I chose the fish and chips for lunch. OMG how could they get that soooo wrong!!!! The fish batter was well over cooked to the point we couldn't eat it and the chips were half cold. Wt, honestly it was the worst meal I've ever eaten. And a price tag you could choke on. $50 for 2...

Our room was lovely. Well set up with plenty of room. We stayed in a Heritage room and were fortunate enough to have a stunning view of the bay. We stayed mid week to avoid the noise, as per previous trip advisor recommendations, but sadly it was quite noisy. It was fine to put up with a few people leaving...

I love this hotel! Great view, great location, tasty foods and drinks. Yep, I will come back again! It would be good if the waiter takes a order rather than we have to go to cashier to order our meals and drinks.

We visited for Sunday lunch. Although fairly busy the welcoming staff were exactly that ...very friendly and happy to have a bit of banter. We were lucky to get a window seat so had a nice bay view. Great variety of beer and wine and pretty good prices. We ordered off the specials menu and had a eye fillet sharing...

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Good location and great views form the main building. The Garden Suite rooms were large, clean, and well appointed. The patio for the room is private from the adjacent room, but overlooks the car park. That can be a bit noisy if there is an event going on. The pub was very...

We stayed here for 2 nights with another couple using Groupons so wasn't an expensive weekend. Breakfast also included which was excellent and included GF for my friend. Had dinner in restaurant one night which was very nice. GF options limited though. We stayed in a 'garden view' room (which should be renamed 'car park' view) after reading reviews and...

The room we had was overlooking the Bay which had a smorgasbord of weather sweeping across it; with the ferries coming and going accordingly. Well laid out room and the ladies who made up our room were friendly and accommodating. A busy but effectively run dining room and breakfast experiences were fine. Only downer was the very poor internet connection,...

Went there for dinner but they are not accommodating to any dietary requirements at all. Not a lot of options for meals. Plus the kitchen closes at 8pm, meaning you need to have dinner very early. Would not recommend it.
