Very small but cozy little room. Really close to the shop area. Bed was quite cumfortable 4/5. Not rock hard like a lot of places. Beautiful breakfast basket provided. Music and heating on when we arrived with a txt msg the day before. All in all a nice stay.

I decided to take the family up to the mountains for night and do something a little different as it is located only 45min from home and we had never been there. We stayed in the penthouse room and it had everything you needed for the night and breakfast was more than enough. I would have like to have had... More

My partner and I stayed at Annie's for a night and it was absolutely wonderful. The owner Tony was so welcoming and could not have been more accommodating. The location was so beautiful, in the midst of a breathtaking forest and a short walk from restaurants and bars. Loved it!!

We stayed in the penthouse at Annie Roe's for 2 nights after our wedding. It was quiet and well-positioned to check out all the attractions on the mountain. The view was stunning and the apartment had all the facilities you need to just stay put and relax. I would recommend it.

My mother and I stayed in the cute City View Cottage. It was small, but really sweet, and with three levels it didn't feel too cosy. I dropped my mum off at a wedding just minutes down the road and I returned to enjoy the spa. I couldn't see the city from the deck, but I live in Melbourne so... More

Loved this place. Seriously, loved it. Split levels make the small apartment feel so roomy. Lovely design, bright white scheme. Well presented, clean, tasteful. Top level has the spa bath and the balcony. City view is there, but limited. Spa takes a while to fill because it's so big! Breakfast Provisions were basic. Baked goods, instant tea/coffee, juice, yoghurt. But... More

I booked the garden cottage for one night and it was absolutely wonderful!! The morning of the day my partner and I were due to check in I received a text message from the owners letting us know the key is in the door and where our carpark is located. Upon arrival the cottage was gorgeous! Large shower and decent... More

We booked all three cottages as we were attending a wedding in nearby Monbulk. All the cottages were comfortable and spotlessly clean. My husband and I had the City view room which was lovely and very spacious with lovely views and a toasty warm heater and a very comfortable bed. This cottage was on 3 levels with a spa on... More

They were extremely helpful, but unobtrusive hosts.... who made our stay a pleasure. We stayed in the Penthouse Cabin, which had beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the city... and had not one but two balconies. Overall, I'd definitely come back if I were to stay in the Dandenongs again.

As I entered music was playing, the air con was on heating and there was a beautiful breakfast and welcome note for me. This made a great first impression and I really recommend this cottage. It might be small-ish but it has everything, even books to read,CDs and DVDs to play if you have your own player. Also a good fridge(not noisy),a... More
