Our first time in a Bed & Breakfast. Was very comfortable and Denise was very friendly and helpful. A delicious cooked breakfast each morning and afternoon tea each day. We stayed Xmas day and got some of Denises mums Christmas cake!!! Delicious. Only fault I could point out was the steep and fairly narrow stairs to our room ( difficult...

Denise will make you feel right at home! Spent a relaxing night in the Regency room and loved it. Great room with nice views, comfortable bed and excellent hospitality. Location is terrific. 1 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to main street shops and restaurants.

It was a late booking and we only stayed a night so we weren't choosy. But the B&B turned out really enjoyable! It was nicely furnished in English style and clean. The owner, Denise, had a lovely little cake waiting for us when we arrived at tea time. Denise was very helpful, pointing us out to to the hotsprings if...

Mornington B&B is a beautiful period 1920s something home sitting only 10 minutes walk from Main Street, Mornington. We were greeted by Denise, our host, who was more than helpful in settling us into our beautifully appointed suite, "The Darcy Suite". The ambiance was warm and inviting and I was delighted at all the little extra touches added to make...

As is typical of many B&B's these days, Mornington B&B is - seemingly - little more than a typical house in a typical street in a somewhat typical suburb. Fronted by a large hedge, the perhaps 1940s or 30's house is neatly presented and backed by - so trad these days - another abode. In this case a pair of...

The Mornington B&B was an excellent choice for a one night getaway for two. Our double room complete with spa was elegant, quiet and warm. Our balcony bathed in winter sunshine was the perfect place to enjoy an early sunset over the bay whilst indulging in an afternoon tea of homemade chocolate cake with lashings of cream! We were greeted...

We had a wonderful stay in the Darcy Suite with Denise. The house is gorgeous and every little detail has been attended to. The Darcy Suite was beautiful and the bedding really out of this world - never slept better actually. Denise's breakfast and efficiency is amazing and i understand why people go back when they are in the area....

The Mornington Queen unit is perfect for that little get away ,lovely and quiet yet so close to the heart of Mornington for your convenience and only a short stroll to the beach. We enjoyed staying there so much that we have already booked it in for our next trip to Victoria and are really looking forward to it.

We came back here because we enjoyed our last stay so much and just knew it would be the perfect spot for Christmas. Denise has decorated the house just beautifully which gave it a very warm Christmas feel and her delicious two course breakfast with a present made Christmas Day just perfect. We also loved the balcony of our room...

It was a enjoyable experience, the decor was traditional with lots of photo's and other decorative elements that made us feel at home. We stayed in the Darcy room which had a lovely bay window that looked into the private garden. The owners were warm and friendly and made our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be returning :)
