We were looking for a cosy cottage for a family weekend away and we found it. Great facilities, beautiful views and gorgeous llamas grazing out the back. Very comfortable and clean and lots of firewood provided.

What a find. Bill greeted us and was friendly and helpful, the cottage was well equipped and very comfy. It's only a quick drive into town. A great base for your adventures around the Mansfield area. Lots of moo cows to watch as they frolic around the paddock.

We enjoyed our four nights in Mansfield, staying at the cottages. At the end of a long holiday, we were seeking somewhere that would be a base to relax, and from which we could ride the rail trail, visit the zoo, and spend some time in town. The cottages are great. We used the pool and the tennis court, and...

What a lovely little place. With each of the 6 cottages built in horseshoe formation around a hill, each cottage seems to have lovely views. A neat, extremely clean pool nestled in the middle of the cottages was a welcome find at the end of a warm day of riding the Great Victorian Rail Trail. Our cottage was impeccably clean,...

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our cottage was two bedroom one with jacuzzi. When parking it looked a bit small but we really got amazed the minute we stepped in. Everything is spottless and it has been decorated with a taste. Bedrooms are big and bathroom too. The best thing of it all is the stunning view...

Earlh morning and dusk you are greeted by the wandering cows and alpaka at your back door step. The only point to note is facilities are due for an upgrade or big ckean out. We had deceased spiders in our...
