It has been a few months since we visited this Hotel, our last visit was great however this time we were quite surprised to experince the drop in standard. Staff were very friendly when ordering, although the meals were very basic, I ordered the Porterhouse steak, which was advertised as being from a local supplier, the steak was not a...

Enjoyable lunch at hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Ate outside on deck. The place to eat. All 8 of us enjoyed our meals. I particularly liked the side of pearl barley salad with smoked almonds served with pulled lamb shoulder. Yum Mouth waters just thinking about it.

Spent 3 nights in the motel. Rooms are starting to show signs of age. we believe renovations plans are on the go?. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Location is great at the snowline before the climb up Mount Hotham.

We have been coming here for quite a few years, food has always been quite good! however this year the food was very average, not a lot of choice and the steak was cooked to within an inch of its life with a lot of gristle, chips were very old and overcooked. However the beer on tap is awesome!! we...

You don't get much better than this, brilliant sun deck that I just want to put in my pocket and take home. Heaps to choose from on the menu, super friendly service and a chef that should never be allowed to leave.

I enjoyed my stay here and the pub. Rooms were quite large and comfortable and the pub served great food. A wide menu to choose from, the steaks and fish were terrific. great country pub atmosphere. Plenty of craft beers

We walked in and got a room without trouble. It was basic but at $110 you can't complain. The only downside of the room was lighting - a weak overhead and NO bedside. The hotel menu was great and sitting out on the deck for a drink and dinner was great although could have done with fewer flies. Friendly staff.

Good food but wine outrageously expensive. We are locals who visit our camping block frequently and love local wines so refuse to pay these amounts. Seriously look at your prices. Very disappointed. When there is 2 venues in this beautiful little town, we know where we will be going for dinner and back to camp to drink really good wine...

Hi Robyn, Thanks for your feedback. We are currently looking to broaden our wine list to make sure we have a larger variety of local and other quality Australian wines at prices to suit all of our guests. We try to feature mainly local wines from the Ovens, King & Kiewa valley. Unfortunately, being smaller wineries not many of them...

8 of us ate here twice on our annual high country motorbike tour. It's a great pub, Friday nights are better than Saturday as they have entertainment on the deck and the place is pretty busy. The food is good, steaks well cooked, top chicken and rib entrees. Wine list is ok but not extensive, could do with more local...

We had a lovely weekend stay at the Snowline Hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the ambience of the complex. Rooms plain but clean, light and roomy, and it was a pleasure to eat at the hotel's pub/restaurant. Great pub food! Would easily recommend the Snowline Hotel for a stay in the beautiful Harrietsville.

“The queen and family rooms are the same size, family has more beds in it. The Queen has a Queen size bed and a single, the single has a matress under it that slides out. If this is enough for your needs the go for the Queen has it has more floor space and in a better location (further back)”
