on entering our room situated in a dark corner there was a strong smell of fly spray, the carpets were all stained the air conditioning unit was dripping water onto the carpet which made the room smell damp aswell.in the 1960's bathroom there was a sign above the bath saying the bath had been disabled to save water so we...

We had a very comfortable two-night stay at the Comfort Inn, during which the highlight was watching the kangaroo families grazing on the lawn outside the window of the dining room. In the evenings the cockatoos are screeching and the kookaburras laughing loudly, and the kangaroos provide great entertainment. The rooms are good although perhaps a bit dated. We weren't...

I think it the best place for tourists in Grampians to stay for a night or two. The most strange disappointment was with the WiFi in the room for extra payment. That was very common in Australian hotels/motels around 5-10 years ago. But today it is very much a relict service. You pay much more fore the room that WiFi...

We liked the location, tidy room and clean salt pool. We were, however, surprised and disappointed to be charged an additional $25 on checkout for use of a second bed in the room. This had not been disclosed at the time of our telephone booking which was clearly for twin accommodation.

The location and the comfort of the room were great. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. The bathroom was clean. We liked the table and chairs outside of our room. The property, however, was very negative. Don't go here, don't touch this, don't use this, don't go there, no you can't do that. It is easy to put...

Dont normally review accommodation but felt this was important enough to warn others. Don't stay in Room 14. It has a large industrial size commercial hotwater pump situated at the back right outside your toilet window. The sound will guarantee you have a restless sleep. No point talking to hotel management about it. Just stay away from this room. Ask...

The rooms are very good, large and comfortable with a good bed, the restaurant is excellent and reasonably-priced, and the staff are helpful. The situation is good. The downside is that there is only 1 hours wifi (for one device only) per day, without paying unreasonably high fees. There really is no excuse in the current hotel scene for a...

The structure is located on the main road, basically the only one, of halls gap. The room was quite nice, the beds as well. Bathroom pretty good but the wifi service is terrible, you have free wifi for one hour (if you'll be able to access, I was not ) and then you need to pay. During the sunset kangaroos...

Stayed for one night in October 16. Reception needed to be a bit more proactive for travellers needs with information. Wifi policy for travellers needs improving. Good size room with a terrace which we didn't use as it was raining. Comfortable and roomy. Good laundry facilities for travellers. Much appreciated. However the number of coins needed to operate a wash...

I recently stayed at the Country Plaza for two nights & found it to be extremely good value for money. I made my reservation via booking.com and a spacious queen room cost $105 per night. For this price I got a very comfortable bed in a courtyard room, TV with DVD player, the usual tea, coffee, bickies etc and a...
