Firstly, we loved the beautiful house and garden and our bedroom and the huge bathroom were very comfortable. The attention to detail with the period decor is amazing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with good choices on the menu. There were some lovely 'spaces' to sit and enjoy the garden or inside to enjoy reading or games but sadly, we...

A beautifully appointed bed room with a great ensuite bathroom and upstairs private sitting room with a small refrigerator and tea/coffee facilities. Very comfortable four poster bed and period furniture to complete the setting. Wonderful guests lounge with period furnishings, tea and coffee facilities available 24/7 and a bright well laid out dining room with lovely views over the garden....

In need of a last minute accommodation near the 12 Apostles brought us to Heytesbury House. Our suite was very quiet and comfortable. Actually the best sleep I've had in weeks. The place is filled with antiques and has lovely gardens.

Amazing room decorations and style - feels like you're staying in a royal palace. We've got a separate bathroom next to our room which was huge, amazingly decorated with a bath, shower and all possible things you could imagine you need in the bathroom. Breakfast menu (!!!) gives you a choice of any meal out of 5 or 6 listed...

We were fortunate to find this rare gem as a stop over point for our trip home. Andrew and Kathryn have a beautiful place. As you enter the yard through the manicured hedge you are transported into a secluded peaceful environment which instantly makes you feel at ease. This is just enhanced by the friendly greeting and superb presentation of...

This was my first experience with a bed and breakfast, and I can’t wait to go back. The house is absolutely beautiful, and it has such a fantastic history that has been perfectly captured within the walls. From the moment we walked in the gate we were greeted by the houses wonderful gardens, they are amazing. The hosts were fabulous,...

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed as was the bathroom. There were good touches to the detail and the breakfast was beautifully cooked. Our hostess couldn't have been more helpful. We enjoyed being land and being able to access local attractions as well as the Great Ocean Road. We'd certainly return.

A very lovely house with clearly great maintenance. Location is far (from Great Ocean Road), but i'd actually say it worth the time driving to there...if it is not for the two very confusing hosts. I booked through booking.com, where the family suite labeled as two single beds. So with 4 adults and 1 toddler, i've booked two suites. Upon...

Thank you for your kind words. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay, and that you felt the 30 minute drive from the coast was worth it. It is unfortunate that the communication problem we had with you, and subsequently tried to rectify once we were aware of your confusion, has not tempered your frustration. Our online listing...

Such a great house and service. The rooms were clean and you can see attention to details in how everything is set up. The hotel located in about one hour drive from The London Bridge and the Twelve Apostles.

Fantastic place to stay. Heritage house lovingly restored with good quality linen and bathrobes. We stayed in suite 1 - spiral staircase to your own living room. Ensuite spa bath was a delight - bath salts and (new) bath mitt. Breakfast was five star hotel standard with options for eggs and sides and coffee or tea. Choice of two daily...
