A real 5 stars B&B. More than confortable. Wonderful decoration (like in magazines). Excellent and sophisticated cuisine. Dining room with very pleasant view on the garden. Extremely kind landlady & landlord. I would have love to stay a week to relax and enjoy the location. Unforgetable Yannick MAHE

This was our second visit to Bron y Llys and we received a lovely warm welcome from Maya and John ( including fairy lights on the pole at the end of the lane to make sure we didn't miss the turning ). The room was superb and very comfortable. We arrived quite late, but still enjoyed a cup of tea...

Bron y Llys is like an oasis of luxury in the wild uplands that surround it...especially in November...Top notch facilities, and beautifully prepared and served dinner and breakfast. Room extremely comfortable. For us it was a lovely luxury stay in very peaceful surroundings. Maya and John are very kind and knowledgeable hosts and very interesting to talk with.

Our third visit to Bron y Llys was such a treat. The welcome with tea and homemade carrot cake. (But not just day one! We had welshcakes on day two and scones, cream and jam on day three!). Our second visit to Bron y llys was an equal match to our first. Excellent food, warm welcome from Maya and John and just so relaxing. We stayed in the Skylark room and it is recommended. Home cooked local produce and tea and cake in the afternoon - what's not to like. Go on spoil yourself.

We've just got home from yet another fabulous visit to Bron y Llys. It's a very comfortable B&B with lovely breakfasts and amazing evening meals if you choose to eat there. The bedrooms are very well appointed and there is a cosy lounge with a wood burner which is great to relax in drinking tea and eating Maya's cake -...

Bron y Llys covers the basics , of course - clean comfortable rooms, good breakfasts - but Maya and John go on to provide much more - a warm welcome, suggestions on where to go hiking in view of the weather, tea and cakes (particularly welcome after a wet day's hiking), excellent evening meals (with a choice of about half...

Location is peaceful an ideal place to relax. We had the annex on the end which has a lovely en-suite shower room. Views from the annex overlook wonderful Welsh countryside. Breakfast is very comprehensive with a wide range of cereals, fresh fruit, and a comprehensive list of cooked food. The standard of cooking is excellent. Packed lunches for walkers are...

Our first experience of Bron y Llys, three years ago, was as drenched walkers welcomed off the hillside. This one was part of a round Britain trip. It made no difference. The welcome, the kindness and the sheer sociability of Bron y Lllys makes it exceptional. Both times we have stayed the fellow guests have added so much to our...

Our stay in Dylife in the B & B of John and Maya was to short. That was the only problem. We had two wonderful days in Dylife. What a beautiful area and what a beautiful B & B. The hospitality of John and Maya could not be better. The food, the talks and the warm feelings will always in...
