We staged at the Nags Head for one night in the week as we were house hunting in the area. The room rate was reasonably expensive for a pub room, but it looked nice in the photos. It's nicely decorated and our room was very comfortable. It's modern and stylish. The bed was also comfortable. The doors on the rooms...

Had a lovely afternoon here. Food was excellent, there was 10 of us and food brought out all the same time. Staff very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend going here, but I'd ring to book a table just incase they are busy.😊

Our room facing the road was quiet & suited us. We liked the quality complimentary goodies, size of bed (large) crisp linen & cleanliness. The en-suite was spacious with a large shower cubicle. Toiletries were good quality as were the towels, soft & fresh. We received a warm welcome on arrival & right through our stay the staff were helpful...

Arranged to meet friends at the Nag's Head on 17th Feb 2017 for a meal. We hadn't been there for years so didn't know what to expect, but as soon as we walked in, we found it had been beautifully re-furnished, lovely fires & a warm welcome from the staff. All our meals were excellent & nicely presented, we were...

We stayed for a night at this inn and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Warm welcome on our arrival and soon after arriving there was a knock on the door and a tray of tea and home made biscuits arrived. The décor of our comfortable large room was very tasteful and all the amenities you might expect were there. The hotel...

Booked last minute for one night stay on a Friday night. Nice en suite room at front on 1st floor, however, as it was above the bar, we were able to hear all the conversations in the bar area until just after 11pm. Didn't really bother us but would have if we had wanted a quiet early night. Decor in...

Dear LindaT63, Thank you for your review and we are glad you had an enjoyable stay with us. Apologies that you may have been able to hear noise from your room, on a weekend evening our restaurant and bar is often very busy and with many people enjoying themselves. We will try to ensure that after a certain time noise...

Took my family here for a treat recently and oh boy it was far less of a treat than I had expected! Due to some mix up on their part the table wasn't ready for almost half an hour but I was made to feel that it was my fault. Drinks took forever to arrive and then we had to...
